Very bad experience product delivered 3 weeks later than expected no calls to inform about the delays only when i tried to reach them had the phone put down on me 3 times will never buy from the same company ever again

The website was easy to use and we could narrow down our search with the filters. We received confirmation about our order and updates regarding delivery. On the day, the delivery team contacted us to give a time, they arrived and carried the doors up two flights of stairs. An excellent service.

Our delivery was conducted on time and as scheduled by two employees who were a credit to the company.

Well I am so impressed with my order. I ordered two glazed fire doors, to start off with the price was very competitive, order arrived well inside the time scale you said. The delivery was seamless, had text to follow the tracking, it literally told me how many drops were in front of mine. Then had a 20minute before call. The two delivery drivers were both pleasant. Also since then my builder has had to phone your company to get some information regarding the fire doors , he said you were knowledgable. Thank you I would definitely recommend Vibrant Doors .

First door delivered was damaged (I am confident by the carrier, not by Vibrant) but Vibrant were most helpful replacing the damaged door for new which was delivered in perfect condition. Product is very good. I would not hesitate to use Vibrant again.

Purchased 6 doors from Vibrant and they look good quality. Doors not fitted as yet. Hit a snag and contacted Customer Service who were excellent in resolving my issue. Plus for every review they are planting a tree. Well done Vibrant.

My experience with Vibrant doors has been very disappointing. The delivery person dropped one door which was damaged so returned and also we didn’t receive the door handles in the order. It’s been almost a month and I can’t get any one to speak to me regarding the problems or get any resolution to the missing items. Avoid the hassle and buy elsewhere!

From order to delivery 3days you won't need anything better.

Number of times doors turned up damaged.
Was waiting 6 weeks for a door and was informed I would be updated shorty.
Was never updated ant any point. I constantly had to keep ringing the company with same answers. I never received the door.
Had to give up and get a refund.
