Fab experience with customer service
Fab experience with customer service. My order was actually with Victoria Plum who have ceased trading, bought by Victorian Plumbing, and customer service couldn't have been more helpful with an issue with an old order that they easily could have said isn't their responsibility. Big shoutout to Catherine Gregory for her ongoing support.

Do not trust their Next Day delivery service.
Next day delivery is no longer reliable. Absolute failure from Victorian Plumbing on this occasion. As a long-time customer who has been loyal to your business for over 10 years now, I will be looking elsewhere.
Some advise: you mustn't promise what you cannot deliver. Customers do not care that you deliver over 1000 pallets a day and whatever blah-di-blah the fella on the phone was rattling off. If you sell a product to a customer, you cannot expect them to accept something subpar with apologies. Likewise, if you sell next day delivery to a customer, do not expect them to accept anything less.
The road to bankruptcy is paved with broken customer promises.
