I have absolutely no idea where my order is. It was supposed to have been delivered to my local NEXT store (UK) a week ago. I’ve heard nothing and there is no sign of the order on the app, which makes tracking it impossible.
Funnily enough, they had no issue with taking my money …
Definitely wouldn’t recommend and won’t be ordering from VS again.

Edit: I just received an email from VS (not on the back of this review) asking me to review my purchase. I followed the link and left my review, stating that I didn’t actually know where my purchase was! I’ve just heard from them to say that they won’t be publishing my review on their website. And of course, no offer to try and actually find it.
BUYER BEWARE! I will never order from this company again.

I've ordered from them several times. Their items have great quality and there were no issues with delivery. My favorite is their leggings!

It has been several years since I ordered from VS, but decided I would take advantage of a sale. My order went over $100 even after all the discounts and the website starts giving me errors like it didn't recognize my address and then after that none of their payment options would work; the payment fields wouldn't open up so I could enter my information . . . my daughter tried putting in her info to see if that would work; nope, just a clock spin in the payment fields. I worked on it for about a 1/2 an hour or so and even tried their dead end chat bot and still nothing. I gave up; no sale or order in the world is worth this much frustration. I guess VS doesn't want my $$. So tired of the endless companies that don't offer real customer service and think their system's chat can help people to navigate the errors of their crappy websites.

Came in to get some underwear for my lady and was looked after by a young lady called Jessica from the old Yugoslavia was very helpful and my mistress was very pleased with the underwear fitted really well. Lovely experience shopping there.

Ordered pack of briefs from here and the quality - was like something you would pick up as a rip of copy in Thailand or Turkey. You could see through them. Had same ones previously and very good quality. For the price they are charging for a pack of 4 briefs and the quality - disgusting. Tried to feedback this quality via their site but just got stuck in and AI Bot loop so gave up. Disappointed as the briefs before were so good.

i ordered an item off the website. i hadn’t received anything about the whereabouts of my order, i chased up a support agent to see where my order was, as there was no indication that my order had been sent. after the support agent got back to me, they said that the item that i had ordered was out of stock, even though i had bought it whilst it was in stock. turns out, they don’t actually know whether the items are ‘in stock’ or not, it’s just based on expected stock. therefore, if you order something, they don’t actually have it, they are waiting for it to come in the warehouse.

no support agent reached out to me in the time that i waited for my order to arrive, to say that they were to waiting for my item to arrive in the warehouse, even though it had been weeks since i had ordered it. therefore i was left waiting without any idea that this was happening. i dont recommend at all.

Paid to return everything. They gave me it back on Victoria secret credit card after everything I returned. I'm mad and spend hours a week calling and having to fix these issues. The quality was bad and even one of the pant so ordered a while back had a hole torn in the butt. I walked around with it for a week before someone told me. One time they sent my things to the wrong address and I missed out on the limited edition things I ordered because they ran out of stock and sent it to the wrong address and didn't refund me just chose different pants I disliked to send me.

I came in late and was on the phone with my daughter for colors…. Nobody there to help me and then she said ‘we are closing soon’ I said that I was almost finished…. 2 min later she said ‘ now you can not buy anymore, we are closed ‘… she literally just sold to other people… she closed the registers and I was done😳 very rude girls… and must say that the collection was not super either…

Avoid ordering from Victoria's Secret if you're paying extra for next-day delivery. I paid for next-day shipping and my items were still delayed. I then tried to cancel the order due to the delay, but customer service made it practically impossible and I got absolutely nowhere.
It's unacceptable to charge customers a premium for a service you can't deliver, then refuse to provide a simple cancellation option when things go wrong. Very disappointing experience from start to finish.
Save your money and shop elsewhere. Poor service, poor communication, and no accountability. A complete Mickey Mouse operation.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order on May 23, 2026, with an estimated delivery date of May 29–June 3. After receiving multiple delivery delay notifications, I contacted customer service several times and was repeatedly assured that my order would arrive by June 3 and that if it did not, I would be eligible for a replacement or full refund.

When my order still had not arrived by June 3, I requested a refund. It was initially approved, then canceled when I stated that I should not be responsible for returning items due to delays and misinformation caused by your company. I was then told that because I use a freight forwarder, I must wait until June 9 before any claim can be processed.

I find it unacceptable that I am expected to continue waiting for a delayed package with no compensation, no accountability, and no regard for the inconvenience caused. Your policies appear to prioritize the company over the customer, and the inconsistent information provided by your representatives has only added to my frustration.

This experience has convinced me not to shop with VS again.

Be sure to check that your refund is the amount it should be.
The company shorted me half of the money owed and then I had to reach out to customer service. It took 3 times.
Terrible online customer service, took over an hour to get a refund even with having all my information and order number.
Been a loyal customer for over 10 years but won't buy from them ever again.

On the website it offers $25 towards your purchase if you get a credit card from them so I did and went to check out and it wouldn't let me because I had to order non-sale items how bogus is that these times are hard and clearance and sale items is just about all I can get I'm done with them

Placed an order over 10 days ago, I still haven't received my order that was shipped from Detroit to Chicago. Victoria Secret customer service told me 'to bad, sucks to be you and hung up.

I've been ordering online forever, because it's hard for me to find my size in any in-person store. This last order though means I will NEVER shop from them again. EVERYTHING was open and torn up and dirty. And as an added bonus, I got a shirt and leggings that were not packaged, NOT EVEN VS! And also all torn and dirty. It was absolutely disgusting, I don't know how this even happens.

This online store is a scum. You buy something, they don't deliver it. You request a refund but they don't send it. When ask them for a transaction number, they refuse to give it - this potentially could help my bank locate the money. Not surprised it's so many bad reviews here... Never thought I'd be giving a review, but this needs to be viral and people have to cancel this psedo-store.

This review is specifically for the Waco, TX store in Richland Mall. I went this week and bought 4 bras for over $200. When I arrived all 3 female employees were huddled in a circle chatting and laughing and continued staying there while I roamed the store looking for the same bra I had on. After finding it someone unlocked a room and finally started helping. But then I wanted a tee shirt bra that had to be ordered. I wanted white and beige. I got white and brown. Before driving to the mall I called to see if beige even existed. The first employee dutifully repeated everything I said verbatim to the second employee who then asked me to repeat everything. She asked me the name of the bra. I don’t know the name but I have the order number. I’m thinking the order will give her the name of what I ordered. No she says. I can’t do nothin’ with the order number. Do you have the app. I do not. Finally I said I thought it was some kind of tee shirt bra. What size she asks. I tell her. She says Oh we don’t carry that size in the store. You’ll have to order that. I know that I screamed into the phone. I just told you I ordered it and got the wrong color. Can you look it up and see if there’s a beige one. Oh ok. 2 seconds later: No there’s no beige one. I hang up, go online, remember I have an account and sign in. Find the order and guess what?! There’s the name of the bra! I look it up and guess what?! There’s a beige one. So I order it. I’m out the $8 shipping and a ton of aggravation but at least I will actually get what I want. Why do they not hire competent workers who can read, write and listen?

Be careful check your statements they’re putting on account assure was added on my statement a monthly fee May 8 2026 but I was shopping on May 3 2026 was not my request Victoria’s Secret cannot be trusted using their credit card

My wife went to buy a night gown she felt sad because she’s kinda of thick girl and she felt like nobody in the store wanted to help because of what she looks like or dressed I think your company should have bigger sizes because big girls want to look good to

If I could give them a 0, I would. In February I purchased 2 pair of leggings. I returned the leggings. The bank charged me late fees and interest. How do I have late fees for returned item. I have spent hours on the phone...I'm still being billed $40.00 for items that were returned...
