I have had a deeply frustrating experience with Videoslots. They suddenly locked me out of my fully verified account the moment I requested a withdrawal, preventing me from accessing my money.
To make matters worse, they tried to hide behind a fake "safer gambling" excuse, demanding a fresh ID and a selfie holding it. However, their hypocrisy is clear: their sister site, Mr Vegas, which operates under the exact same company and license, remained completely open and accessible to me because I didn't have funds sitting there.
They are using selective account lockouts and last-minute verification hurdles as a tactic to trap player funds and block payouts. Customer support just loops through automated templates and ignores regulatory standards. Avoid this platform if you value your money and fair treatment.

I’m actually very surprised I have been asked to review this casino at this point. They allowed me to deposit thousands and decide to conduct extensive ‘due diligence’ when I try to make a withdrawal. I have complied with every single document request because i am not doing anything wrong and have nothing to hide but when i requested reasonable timeframe for this new ‘investigation’ i have been told there is no timeframe because my case is being dealt with on a queue basis.
