Boiler exchange were very efficient in providing a new boiler very quickly. We had been without heating or hot water for 4 weeks before the previous "crowd" eventually decided that they could not repair our current boiler, I contacted Boiler Exchange on the Wednesday evening, had a visit and quote from them on the Thrsday morning and the new Veissman was installed on the following Monday at what I considered to be a fair price.

10/10 in every way possible. From speaking to Jane on the phone from customer services to Carl coming round to fix our boiler I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Carl found the source of the issue straight away when another company couldn’t. He was an absolute gentleman and I’m so grateful for his help. Huge asset to your team! Thanks again!

The whole job from start to finnish was excellent. The boiler is excellent it runs very quietly and my radiators have never been this hot, the hot water was a but cool but with this boiler I am able to ajust the water temperature separately from the heating. Great boiler happy to recommend.

Quiet with good performance. App gives easy control over heating plus outdoor weather information. Would recommend.

Avoid Viessmann Vitodens boilers. Mine is just over 3 years old and has already broken down three times. Warranty lasts just 3 years as was not installed by Viessman engineer, then you’re hit with extortionate call-out fees. The boiler was serviced just 6 months ago, yet it still failed in winter, leaving us with no heat or hot water. Most 5-star reviews are from new installs, not from owners a few years down the line. My previous boiler ran for decades without any issues. This one is unreliable. Avoid at all cost.

We haven't had the unit long but it appears to be working fine. We particularly like the ease of the controls. It will be interesting to see what the fuel cost are like against our old boiler that this has replaced.

Our Viessmann boiler broke a few days ago. The heating engineer we called out identified the problem and suggested we contacted Viessmann as the boiler was still under warranty. Viessmann were very efficient. Found the warranty while I was on the phone, sent out an engineer within 48 hours, and the engineer (Irfaan) was excellent. Boiler all fixed and working and it couldn't have been a better experience (bar the failure in the first place!).

Terrible boiler... from new has broken down once a year. It makes such a bang when it turns on it wakes the whole house up. I registered for the warranty, but when it came to using it, they claim they had no record of me registering. I got one repair done because it broke within the first year, but has cost me more than the price of the boiler since then. I've had the boiler about 4 years now. My single biggest regret in this house was buying from Viessmann. The engineer who did my first fix knew all about the problems... but by then it was already installed and Viessmann had wormed is way out of fixing it. Very underhand to sell poor quality boilers that break so regularly, then simply claim to have no record of the registration, leaving me to pick up the bill.
DO NOT BUY A VIESSMANN. DO YOUR RESEARCH.

Appalling service my heat exchanger on a 1 year old boiler failed. It took 8 weeks for you to replace it. I rent this property out, paid a premium price for the boiler, and have had appalling service. I have had to place lots of electric heaters around the property.
I had a previous property company with 45 properties. I used Vaillant. No problems. Do not buy Weisman. Of the 4 boilers they have put in, one was replaced, this one had a heat exchanger fitted, and the third fails every time it freezes.

Needed new boiler so just for the viessman 111 35kw boiler with integrated cylinder, now have amazing hot water and warm home, great friendly install by professional people

My boiler failed and I contacted Veissmann. Within 24 hours the engineer (Tom) had it up and running again. The engineer was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Fixing the issue in no time at all. I would absolutely recommend their services.

After purchasing a newly built house equipped with a Viessmann Vitocal 100-A heat pump and solar panels, we initially thought it was a great investment.

The heat pump system was designed by Viessmann and installed by the developer, with close supervision from a Viessmann engineer, who also commissioned and configured the system.

However, it has become clear that the Viessmann Vitocal 100-A is actually an Italian-manufactured heat pump sold under the Viessmann brand. Unfortunately, we—along with eight other neighbouring properties—have experienced significant and ongoing issues with this model. The Vitocal 100-A has now been completely discontinued for new installations. Despite our system being only 15 months old, we have already had to contact the manufacturer three times. Our neighbours have experienced almost identical problems.

Although the system comes with a 5-year manufacturer guarantee, we are concerned about what might happen after this period.

Based on this experience, we strongly advise anyone considering this product to carry out thorough research before purchasing from Viessmann.

We do not recommend this product and are disappointed with the company overall, as we feel there was a lack of transparency with the developer regarding the reliability and future support of this model.

We had our boiler repaired by Irfaan today. I can only say that he was so professional, knowledgable and pleasant. He was intent on making sure he had repaired the fault while explaining everything that he was doing. Thank you Irfaan for a job well done.

Daniel the engineer came between the for the appointment and changed the part and checked out boiler and made sure everything was working well before he left.

I bought my Viessmann boiler six years ago through approved engineers. It has been serviced every year, worked perfectly until recently, and is still under a 10-year guarantee.
Six months ago, the boiler started having issues with inconsistent hot and cold water. Since contacting Viessmann, the experience has been poor. I was given multiple engineer appointment dates. Two were no shows. On the third occasion, I was told the engineer had attended when no one had come.
Most recently, I was promised a call between 8 and 10 to confirm a time slot. No call. No message. This is now the second time I’ve taken unpaid time off work for nothing.
The boiler itself may be fine, but the warranty and support behind it are not. A guarantee is meaningless if no one turns up to honour it.

We had a new Viessmann Vitodens 050-W installed on 29/12/2025, just over a week ago. So far we are very pleased with the boiler which is efficient, modern and easy to use. The hot water throughput seems higher than our old boiler (from a best selling UK brand), domestic hot water and radiators both heat up very quickly, and it is WiFi enabled so can communicate with our mobile phones. Noise level is acceptable, similar to the old boiler. The 10 year warranty and free servicing is a huge bonus.

4 days for engineer to come out when we have NO heating. Part on order ETA 4 weeks meaning no heating for January. Argued new ETA 10 days. Chased up in the week, part has arrived but viessman will not schedule an engineer before the original date. System is still under warranty. Phone staff is rude. Sadly stuck with our system that is less than 1 year old and a company who thinks no heating for 1 month is fine

I bought a supposedly energy efficient 70KW pro range condensing boiler (Vitorondens 200-T SN: 7480 2058 0120 1118 ) but it completely broke (water leached into the combustion chamber which had cracked) after just 7 years and the std warranty is 2 years not 7 years as advertised everywhere. They offered to charge me £450 to come and inspect and then said they would charge me to replace any parts but a cracked combustion chamber = an unfixable boiler. What a joke! The guy who installed mine was mates with a guy in their tech team so didn't bother registering it so it had a std 2 year warranty as opposed to a really not very long 7yr one! Then he died and their tech guy left and now I'm left to replace an overpriced boiler with a std one from Grant which has a 10 yr guarantee so is by definition more efficient than the Viessman one.
