brand New mop useless

Put together mop stick for Sin and Clean in wrong order. Once assembled, will not disassemble. Impossible to contact Vileda, offices closed (Covid given as reason, but some of your very negative reviews are pre-Covid) and instructions with product no help in such circumstances. Practically all your reviews quote appalling customer service. I cannot believe that anyone at Vileda reads the reviews. I am almost £30 out of pocket now, and shall not ever buy another Vileda product. But I am only one of very many to write that......

Terrible service and liars!

Worst customer service ever. I messaged about a replacement part start of February and was told one was being sent however as UK was in lockdown the offices weren't open. Lockdown lifted by start of April and had nothing by end of April so I got back in touch saying I was still on database to receive however office was still closed so was delayed.. messaged again start of July told they were experiencing significant delays but they would chase it up. I told them I could understand there were delays but over 2 months since the last contact was just ridiculous and then recieved a response saying apparently it was sent out a week after I first messaged in February even though they said both in February and end of April they were shut so couldn't send it, they also said they would re send it if I hadn't received it but that the offices were now currently shut due to lockdown when we aren't even in a lockdown anymore. So contradicting themselves and also lying. I'll never buy any of their products again. Web

Ok product TERRIBLE customer service

I was very satisfied with my vileda pet robot vaccum until it broke and I tried to reach customer service. I have been in touch with them for a month and a half now, they take forever to reply, they don't answer questions, and I still do not have my replacement vaccum. I will definitely NEVER buy electronics from vileda again. Such a shame not to spend money in a better customer service.

I bought a spray mob it lasted about 6…

I bought a spray mob it lasted about 6 weeks then stopped spraying, was good when it worked. Returning is a pain you have to go out and pay for a 5ft box for it to be collected. They said video it but not everyone can do this so any elderly people or techno phoebes I wouldn't bother. Waste of money.

Vileda SuperMocio Microfibre & Cotton Mop

I have just bought Vileda SuperMocio Microfibre & Cotton Mop what a joke I have always had just microfibre before. only used it twice and it's falling apart, can't get it dry so popped in a 15 min wash as it says and all my clothes covered in bits. The bucket tipped whilst I tried to wring it out. I Will update you when I hear from them.

Poor quality VR One Cleaning Robot

Total garbage product went wrong within 30 days.

Don’t waste your time with their support as they are useless. Just copy and paste all their responses and don’t read or answer questions.

Instruction manuals are wrong and do not provide the correct information for the device in the box.

Save your money and buy another companies products.

I purchased two turbo mops that have failed due to poor design and construction.
I have emailed Vileda customer care without no response absolutely shocking.

The handle of my Vileda mop collapses…

The handle of my Vileda mop collapses when I use it. It is really useless and can sometimes hurt my hand. This is the second one I have bought and the same happened before but I thought it may have just been a faulty one. I tried taping it with strong tape but to no avail.
I will not buy again.

The sponges fall apart very quickly

The sponges fall apart very quickly! It didn’t used to be this way. They must have changed the sponge material for the worse! Not buying any more. The sponge replacements aren’t worth more than 50p!

Plastic ends keep breaking off at end of pole

Plastic ends keep breaking off at end of mop poles. This is now the fourth pole I've purchased over the past year or so. I expect pole to outlive mop head not the other way round. Complete waste of money. Please redesign pole end. Won't buy again.

First time l have bought online but…

First time l have bought online but always purchased Vileda from a supermarket.

Never again would l order online and would advise others against doing this. I Spent over £60, received no email to confirm my order and when l contacted them and spoke to a woman named Donna she was very rude, said the service had emailed me confirmation of the order and read out my email which was correct so there should have been no reason for me not receiving if it was sent, I also checked junk mail. Donna then advised that all goods ordered were not in stock yet they had taken money for all the goods with no communications to explain this which is not acceptable. 4 days later l still haven’t received an email, refund or response from customer care. I’m lost for words and hope l get my money back soon. I have even questioned if the website was a scam as today when l called Donna put the phone down on me.

Has anyone else experienced this appalling response
