Great service and amazing product delivered that exceeded expectations.
From first contact the service was exceptional, I had a general lack of Diamond (and Jewellery) knowledge and to be guided through the process by experts who seemed to genuinely care about getting me the right product and not the most expensive product, made what was quite a nerve racking experience into an enjoyable and easy experience.
I purchased an Engagement ring here and based on the purchase and post sales service we will be making the Village Goldsmith our go to for all future purchases including the Wedding rings.

The team did such a great job of making my bespoke ring. Right from the beginning they were friendly and approachable. They listened to what we wanted and the drawings and modelling meant there were no surprises. The result is something I will wear and enjoy every day.
