5 star treatment from this company's Customer Service department. Prompt reply to my email queries and extremely helpful solutions. Am very satisfied with them and shall certainly order from them again.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I am devastated that I have spent £208 on HALF bottles of wine. I feel utterly scammed. Obviously on receipt I checked my order and saw the literage and yes, half bottles stated but it is not made clear on the order stating half bottles. I feel such a fool. Awful awful service to do this to unsuspecting customers. BEWARE! The phone number is not current and they do not reply to emails.
NO stars. Avoid at all costs. No customer service. 2 out of 12 bottles damaged in transit by courier. N0 response to phone calls or emails asking for a refund. Shocking to be avoided much better other suppliers.
Horrible! Cancelled my account today. I ordered on the 6th of september 6 bottles of wine for approx. 133 €. I ordered only wine that was in stock and immediately available for delivery. But Vinissimus shipped only 8 days after my order! Obviously their delivery availability is clearly not up-to-date. Though I asked several times, they never told me the SEUR shipping and tracking information and informed me finally - after 2 weeks - that SEUR can - due to "an incident" not deliver me. Very suspicious that they always refused to hand me the tracking link though I asked several times.
Never again! They are not reliable! Their availability status is completely incorrect and their custom service is really lousy!
