Ordered some goods on 30-05-2025 and all safely received the next day (items very well wrapped so all OK). No problem in awarding these guys 5* - full credit where deservedly due...

Great service & price. The three pendants ordered came quickly & well packaged, a small part was missing from one light & it was very easy to get in touch & the said part was sent out express delivery.

Always prioritize reading negative reviews before buying from unfamiliar sellers. It's worth paying a little extra for reliable service and timely delivery. For instance, I ordered an E27 light holder, but it hasn't even reached Royal Mail. There have been no updates, emails about delays, or estimated delivery times provided.

Order 3 sets of lights, great price, beautiful lights, great quality and quickly dispatched. I then had a change of mind for the colour scheme in one room. I enquired about exchanging 2 set for a different colour. Customer service was excellent, quick, friendly and helpful. Was a seamless experience and I had the exchanged lights within a few days. Absolutely delighted with the whole experience.

My recent experience with Vintagelite customer service was excellent!! My item arrived damaged and they were very prompt in sorting a replacement and they also ensured it arrived on time. Amazing service. Not only was the price very competitive, but the speed of delivery was amazing.
Even with a slight error in the order everything was sorted very quickly and easily... I wish all companies worked this well in their customer services department.

Light fittings look fantastic & just what I wanted.

Excellent service and good quality light fittings. Items arrived in a couple of days but one was slightly damaged by courier during transit. Contacted vintagelite and they sent out a replacement promptly. Would strongly recommend Vintagelite. Will buy again.

Great customer service and quick delivery.

We have flush fitted glass 'globe' lamps. Normal 15W LED bulbs are too big to fit these. Vintalite supplied 15W 'dome' LED bulbs that fit inside the 'globes' perfectly. Their 'chat' feature allowed me to choose the perfect solution.

Didn't get the item advertised online. I received a MDF toilet seat what was meant to be plastic, it had a different picture on, different hinges, was anything like the description or photos of the toilet seat. The advertised toilet seat was a quality acrylic seat with quality hinges and was photographed and described as such and I received a CRAP MDF SEAT! SCAMMERS BEHAVIOUR!!!!! And you haven't changed anything because I just looked. You have sold out of toilet seats. That's probably why you took so long to answer. LYING AGAIN!!!! AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!

No hassle service, really quick delivery, excellent range to choose from, excellent prices and real quality too. I need to return a shade as it doesn't fit right where I need it but that is hassle free too. Would definitely order again.
