I have experienced problems in the past…
I have experienced problems in the past where Viovet have blocked the posting of Vetmedin tablets for my dog on the basis of the application form being incomplete. I fully recognise the need for caution when issuing drugs, but bearing in mind the critical nature of this drug for heart conditions, it may have been good practice to contact the Vet directly in order to get the drugs to the patient. We could worry about the missing parts later.

Very disappointed
I have previously rated Viovet as 5 star. However, my recent experience with them has left me very disappointed.
I placed an order on Thursday 6th August at 11.20 am and paid for next day delivery. My parcel didn't arrive until Saturday 8th August. This appeared to be no quicker than their normal delivery service which in the past has been very timely. Other companies I have dealt with ensure that orders placed before midday will arrive the next day.
I paid for next day delivery as I really needed the product to treat my cat. In hindsight, I should have used Amazon as my order would definitely have been delivered the next day and probably cost less for the service. I contacted Viovet regarding this delivery and was told 'We will log this with the relevant department to ensure this does not happen to any future orders'
I will think carefully before I re-order from Viovet in the future.

We would also like to highlight an important point regarding the product ordered. This particular product intended for use in dogs only, so we would strongly advise against using it on your cat.
