Terrible service. Purchased end of November 2025 for Christmas and it's never arrived. I get sporadic emails from someone saying it will be delivered and it never has been.

Needless to say I’m absolutely fuming. I bought my grandad (who’d just completed six weeks of intensive cancer treatment) a bottle of his favourite scotch whiskey, a gift box and a card that wished him well and reassured him that everyone in the family loved him. It was meant to be something nice, a thoughtful gift for a man with cancer, but what came to the door on the 14th of this month completely took the mick. Instead of the sentimental note, bottle of scotch and red gift box (which costs 6.99 by the way…), he instead received a bottle of Benedictine and a card saying ‘happy birthday Vicky x’!

I’ve since tried getting in touch with their customer services to resolve this issue on three separate occasions but I continue to get ignored time and time again.

Needless to say, I will never be purchasing a thing from ‘VIP bottles’ again and would strongly advise against procuring their services to anyone reading this.

Well it arrived. Nothing else in the box in form of protecting the glass...just a bottle rolling around in an excessively sized box for the bottle in question. It is what it is i guess. Dont think I'll be back.

Paid extra to ensure next day delivery as it was a Christmas gift. Never arrived. Then eventually 9 days later they delivered it to a neighbours house of which I can now not get the product. Not the companies fault but by looking at the other reviews they need to change there courier ASAP

Great experience with VIP bottles. It was easy to order and the delivery arrived really quickly. Packaged well and the cider is delicious. I will definitely order again.

Charge £6.99 each for two orders and both were delivered well beyond expected delivery date ..l would be requesting for next day delivery refunds

Bought various little bottles as stocking fillers for my husband, there wasn't as much in stock as I'd hoped but managed to get a few different ones. They arrived quickly and well packaged

Printing very disappointing and amateurish

It was good to find a company that sells a good choice of miniature spirits. Ordering was easy and arrived quickly. Wanted a stocking filler for my Uni son. The only thing I was disappointed with was on the website it said that you could choose up to 4 bottles and you could then have a gift box. I received the 4 bottles loose - no box. I didn't see any box or option for a gift box at checkout. Maybe my order didn't qualify. It doesn't matter as I found a small bag instead. I would buy from VIP bottles again.
