Ordered some buzzballz over 2 weeks…
Ordered some buzzballz over 2 weeks ago. When they hadn't sent a dispatch notice I chased it up and was told it had been sent and have me a royal tracking number. The tracking stated they had never been received. I contacted them again they said they would resend and gave me a new tracking number which states the same thing again. The parcel has not been passed to Royal mail. Clearly a scam company and I still have no parcel and no refund

Unfortunately, on this occasion, the parcel did not progress correctly into the courier network, and despite our attempts to resend, the same issue occurred. As soon as it was clear the delivery could not be completed, we processed your refund in full.
