Horrible experience.
For weeks, I have been reporting an ongoing issue with my home internet connection. The problem comes and goes, but every time the service briefly returns, Virgin closes the case and claims the issue has been resolved.
In reality, the internet continues to fail for extended periods, making the service unreliable and extremely frustrating.
I repeatedly suggested replacing the router, as the issue appears to be recurring, yet nothing has been done beyond polite reassurance and promises that the problem has been fixed.
Unfortunately, the actual issue remains unresolved, and I am left having to report the same problem over and over again. Customer service is responsive and courteous, but without meaningful action, that does little to solve the problem.

Sameday or 2 days delivery. Yet 4 days and still processing, wait for tomorrow we will contact you. Thats all they keep saying, but ain't doing anything. They are so poor service ALSO for buying products. Not only their mobile services - here they scam people. Pay for travel plans and data in other countries and it doesn't work and they do not refund. Absolutely disgusting place, nothing ever changes here. Their reviews are mostly purchased as well. Disgrace Trustpilot don't fix that either, but they surely pay for Trustpilot.
Update: Still no package, and that email they provide here in their answer, they don't reply or answer on that email either. They say they have shipped the order, but spoke to the courier who says they haven't received anything to deliver.
They are just a disgusting scam, will make a dispute with my bank now. Unbelievable.

I visited the Virgin Mobile Sahara Branch last June 18 to purchase a SIM card and mobile package. Haya explained the available plans clearly and helped me select one that suited my usage requirements.
Haya assisted me throughout the process and answered my questions about the different packages. Anjali also provided support and process was completed efficiently, and I found the staff professional and helpful.
Overall, I had a positive experience at this branch and was satisfied with the service I received.

After almost 18 months of ongoing internet issues, countless calls and repeated assurances that the problem had been "permanently fixed", I finally gave up. The service was frequently unusable, forcing me to rely on mobile data at additional cost. Customer service repeatedly directed me to app chat despite my requests for email or phone communication. Extremely disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience.
What should have been a simple number transfer turned into more than a week without a working phone line. Despite repeated follow-ups, escalations, and assurances that the issue was being handled urgently, there was no clear resolution timeline and no adherence to the resolution timeframe communicated by customer support.
What was most surprising was discovering that my payment for an annual plan was apparently not visible within Virgin Mobile's systems until I personally provided proof of payment, despite the payment having been made at the start of the process.
The experience highlighted what appears to be a significant weakness in customer complaint handling and escalation management. Even for a critical issue that left a customer completely without service, there seemed to be no effective mechanism to drive urgent resolution, only repeated promises, reminders, and new tickets.
The issue itself can happen with any company. The real concern is the lack of ownership, accountability, transparency, and effective escalation when things go wrong.
I sincerely hope Virgin Mobile reviews its customer service and complaint management processes to ensure customers are not left without service for days while waiting for internal issues to be resolved.
