it doest have a zero star option otherwise i will do that. its been two years we r paying for 5g and 5g never connected. very bad services nobody follow up and asked payment for whole year and then u r stuck with this worst service for whole year. bundles of emails we r sending calling the services daily its been a frustration on its peak. never waste ur money on this its a scam of providing cheaper service and worst at the same time. better save ur time than ur money..

have been using Virgin for many years, and I’m extremely disappointed because I’ve now faced the same issue more than once.
Last year, after renewing my Virgin connection, my data suddenly became zero after a few days. I contacted customer service and was told that I had already used it, but I knew I had not.
Now, after my recent renewal, the exact same thing has happened again. I contacted customer service and explained that I had experienced this before. My data suddenly showed 0GB when I had not used it. I literally saw it with my own eyes — I refreshed the page, it showed 9GB, and then suddenly it became 0GB.
What makes this even more confusing is that I had been using only a very small amount of data over the past few days, and it was still working fine. I get 10GB every month and usually even have data left over because I spend most of my time at home and only use mobile data when I’m outside.
What is disappointing is not only the issue itself, but how customer concerns are being handled. Why would a customer repeatedly contact customer service over 9GB if they had actually used it? If I had used it, I wouldn’t be wasting my time calling and explaining myself.
It feels like customer concerns are not being taken seriously, and it gives the impression that customer satisfaction is not a priority. I hope this issue is looked into properly because it is frustrating to experience the same problem repeatedly.

Awful. They are cheap but it was waste of money. Wifi disconnects at least 2 times a week. You call them, give them the coordinates of the house and it works for another 3 days till it disconnects again.

Very disappointing experience with Virgin Mobile.
My entire monthly data was consumed within minutes while I was not even using my phone. I was driving at the time, and this has never happened to me before. I am fully aware of how data usage works and I keep my settings controlled, so this situation makes no sense.
What’s worse is the customer support. Instead of properly investigating, they kept repeating generic answers like “your data was used normally” without providing any real explanation or proof. I was also told my case would be escalated, but no one followed up.
It honestly feels like they don’t take customer concerns seriously. As a long-term client, I expected better transparency and support. This experience completely broke my trust.

I went to change my plan, but there was a system issue. Then I came back one day later and still an issue so I left.
Then the guy from the store, without any authorization started to send me message asking me to come back saying the issue was solved. I asked him email confirmation and he refused and then spammed me of message.
They have tons of system issue but seems the recruitment needs to be a new priority.
Avoid at all cost

poor service with customer care.. in midle of the day they canceled my contract saying that as per new policy, contact will finish at time it started.. not even wait to finish that day ie till mid night

I contacted them after on customer service website, went through 3 people, stayed on with the last one for 45 minutes and they did absolutely nothing. Couldn’t tell me why I got the message or anything after telling them I don’t have more than one sim. Use someone else

I must admit, I did not do my research before storming into Virgin intent on changing mobile providers due to frustrating service from my current provider. I was pleasantly surprised to have Jing answer all my questions and draft solutions that fit my current lifestyle. Not only was she incredibly supportive when I was at Virgin, she proactively followed up and continued the support until everything was transitioned.
