Rip off company
I tried using this company service and it was absolutely horrible. I signed up for the service but then they started charging me for text messages that I had included. I tried to reach out to them to rectify the situation, but it took months to try and get a hold of anybody to deal with it. Then, after, finally getting a hold of them, I had to schedule a voice call immediately or else they cut off my service for not paying the charges that were wrongfully put on my account, stay away from this horrible company.

I've been with them for about one year now.
Onboarding - The individuals training during the onboarding did a great job. They are available for your calls and friendly.
Help - I've contacted them via the phone or website chat and their help team was available rather quickly and addressed my concerns immediately. If it is an on going issue/resolution, they have a follow up team.
I purchased a PA-system type speaker to work in my warehouse. I called for help, they gave me a document to flow that worked perfectly. When I bought a second one slightly different it wasn't working. I provided them with the error code and the tech fixed the problem within 5 minutes -- something to do with codex.
I would recommend this company to anyone. It does help to have some knowledge as they cannot do everything for you -- but they do try their best.
Escalation Support
Their workday representatives and 2nd tier representatives are the very best I've experienced in the tech industry in the last 20 years. Especially noteworthy is that 2nd tier support actually calls me periodically with updates fixing a problem with their softphone on the Motorola Razr5g phone. I've never had any other company follow up repeatedly, and I've been in the tech industry for more than 3 decades.
Small businesses should look elsewhere.

Refund Check Please?
Hello Jeff and/or Billing Department,
I just realized that we never received a refund or the refund check that was supposed to be issued once your telephone was sent back.
We received confirmation that your office did indeed receive the telephone, was there a problem with the refund?
Guess what...They now don't respond to email or phone but when we were with them they were always in contact with us.

The VirtualPBX customer support via email was prompt and provided the accurate service I requested. But if the user interface wasn't so damn confusing, I would not have had to ask for help after searching the system for an hour myself. Argh.

I would highly recommend small businesses use VirtualPBX for all their telephony needs.
