Too long time (four days)?

Fast, so fast. It was a good experience
Expensive. I Tought it would be no more than USD 40 each.
Comprehensive. It was easy to move trough the documents

The phone connection wasn't clear which made it difficult to process.

Easy and straightforward way of getting a visa sorted without any stress

They asked for the double price than other agents for a visa to UAE AND a deposit of 1000$ which maybe refunded and could be used for administrational purposes. The 1000$ were not mentioned until I paid the initial amount of 187€. It's a hidden cost scam and they did not respond to my complaints. I will take legal action to reclaim my first payment for a visa. It's a dangerous scam site.

The process was seamless and short. The associates were friendly and professional.

VisaHQ provided easy forms to fill out for my China Visa and then used that information to fill out exactly what the Chinese Embassy wanted. They assigned one person to my case and she was very responsive when I had questions. I just got my passport back, complete with China visa. The whole process took 2 1/2 weeks. Thank you!

I applied Jan.6th. I got Visa on Jan.19th. It takes too long to get. You made some error in the middle of process. It's not very good service .

There was a glitch with my visa because the authorities wanted extra information and documentation from me, but the team at VisaHQ handled it smoothly.

I rather suspect that if I'd tried to do it myself, things would have taken a lot longer and it would have meant multiple visits to the embassy/Consulate.

So the fee to VisaHQ was worth it.

First of all, I did not realize that I could have applied for the visa directly and less expensively. Once I realized you were a private service, I expected better service. I did not get a timely response from the message window on your website, and no one answered you direct dial number, only a recorded message. You had a glitch in your software the prohibited us from completing one of the sections that asked if we had dependents. This led to several attempts to contact you. The next problem was that the photo of the passport we uploaded was not in a format that your system could accept. Therefore I kept getting an incomplete notice without knowing why. None of your staff could explain the problem. Lastly, one of the few times I did get a live person, her voice was drowned out by the sound of chickens in the background. All in all, a sub par service.

Just did Visas for for my husband and I for our upcoming trip to Sri Lanka, India and Nepal. It was very user friendly, simple and quick application, and easy to download the required documents. Received all 6 visas in two to four days. Very efficient! I only wish it did not cost that much.

VisaHQ came highly recommended from a discriminating friend so I was expecting excellent service. She advised me to go for the premium package where someone would pick up/drop off my passport from door to door. Instead, I received a very disappointing and frustrating experience with incorrect information, questions and follow up from my side and I had to actually take my passport, go in person for the process. I'm not sure what the admin fee was for? Completion of the form? which was pulled from the system incorrectly also! I went to their site, which indicated UAE address and I kept asking to be put in contact with a locally based individual instead the person on WA had a USA number, the one emailing me initially (Ross Domingo) had UK number and the individual handling my case (Erika Piotrovica) also had UK number. When I shared my experience with my friend, she was shocked as she said her experience was 100% with the UAE team. Go figure

I felt guided all the way, directions were very clear, and I received my approved Visa within only a week! Great service!
