Ordered business cards on 9/2 and as still waiting to receive 4 days after the projected delivery date. Missed being able to pass out at an important event. So don't expect anyone at Vistaprint to care.

Customer Service is by far the best at Vistaprint. Everyone makes mistakes but they are always quick to make your order whole and are friendly and accessible.

I am used to doing things on my own and rebelling against advice from my superiors and it wasn’t working the way I expected. Then Shaneika was able to redirect me in a time of need. She was able to provide insight and see the value of the vision that I have for this project. During the duration of the conversation her customer service was outstanding! As I patiently waited on the arrival of the order, I have to publicly thank the person that help me look at adventure in a new dimension. Also I will have my team move forward with vistaprint for future projects. Thank you Shaneika for your expertise, boldness, and willingness to help me!

I received my order and the image was quite blurry. I called to inquire about a reprint and connected with an amazing service rep name Shantoy. She was professional and pleasant and went right into action to correct the issue. She made attempts to correct the image and when she was unable, she escalated the issue to her design team. Ultimately, she stayed connected to the process until a successful image was received and loaded for the reprint. Her thoughtful approach was great and I am thankful for the service she provided.

After being quoted over £110 for some business cards and flyers for my small business from a separate website. A close friend recommended Vista Print. I must admit at first I was dubious because of the low cost, but, after logging in and creating my cards and flyers I was super impressed with the website. Everything is very clear and easy to navigate.

Furthermore, a few days after purchasing them. I noticed that I had made a spelling error on my flyers. I phoned the help line and spoke to a lovely lady called Miranda who helped me fix this issue with so much care and support. This was such a relief as I had placed the order a couple days prior so was very worried that I wouldn’t be able to get it sorted.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this website to everyone, especially those starting up a business and looking for a more affordable option. I received my goods today and the quality is so so good for the price I paid. Super impressed 👍🏻

BUILT ME PERFECT CARDS CAME OUT EXACTLY HOW I WANTED!!!!

I've been with VistaPrint for over 20 years. They used to have good quality products and good shipping, but they seem to have really gone downhill in the past couple of years. Quality control on printed items has suffered, as has the quality and durability of items they sell. But most of all, their packing and shipping has tanked. It's rare these days to get an order that isn't damaged because they use very thin shipping boxes and a single line of tape to ship things that are 25-35 lbs in weight. I've received multiple shipments from them the past two years where the boxes were torn, opened, and even had hundreds of dollars of items missing because they fell out on transit. It wasn't the shipper's fault, it was very poor quality packaging material and little to no packing/padding inside. And now, after all the quality going downhill, they removed the VistaPrint Advantage Pro benefits for a new lousy program that provides little to no benefit anymore. Though I've spent tens of thousands of dollars with VistaPrint over the years, I'm afraid we'll have to look for a new print company.

I have using Vista Print for years and always found their products high quality and durable. They also communicate when your order is ready and shipped. Seamless and streamlined from start to finish.

I would like to give an excellent commendation to the customer service agent who helped me today - her name is Apple. She was terrific. She helped me with all my needs and did so with patience, professionalism and friendliness. Excellent customer service. I hope Vistaprint will reward and acknowledge her for her outstanding service. I had an issue with a signature stamp I created. I didn't see that it had to be a certain size in the template so the stamp came out way too small. I spoke with Christine in the support chat and she helped me with my issue and gave me a one-time replacement with the correct size. She was thorough, quick and really helpful. Thanks.

Ellen Joyce was amazing! I had some trouble with my design and she was ablet to jump in and fix it. Saved me so much time. All I did was refresh my screen and it was perfection.

Vista Print is by far one of the true pioneers of professional printing. They are professional and timely in their product delivery. Ordered cards from one of the popular Office Supply stores, and what I received was horrible. Customer service and satisfaction are the backbone of Vista Prints continued success.
