I place an order, which Canada post lost mid-November. I advised Vistaprint, they not only sent me a new order but with UPS. Above and beyond. Cards are amazing, but their customer service is top notch!!

incredibly terrible experience!! I paid for the standard shipping and after waiting 8 days the product is not here!! I checked multiple times the order status for the entire week and there has never been notice of something wrong happening!! Today I tried to contact them but is not possible, instead I had to write an e-mail. They answered me through a template email stating that I there were certain mistake in the design (totally false) and stating that they are going to delay the shipping by 20 days

Absolutely/knowingly didn't keep delivery promise
I ordered post cards which were guaranteed for a Friday delivery. Before ordering, I had called customer service just to be sure that the items would be delivered by Friday (using expedited shipping). "When you say that I will have them Friday, is there a 90% chance they will be there on Friday? 95% chance? 99% chance?" I asked the customer service person. "There is a 100% chance it will be there", the customer service person said. On Friday, the cards were SHIPPED, not delivered. Uggh! I called customer service, and the representative told me that the items were shipped from Windsor, Ontario (!) to San Diego, California by REGULAR UPS, even though I had paid $23.00 for expedited shipping. The person estimated that the items would arrive "on Tuesday or Wednesday". So frustrating!
