Fast, friendly and excellent service
I was having trouble finding a previous order so that I could place a same one again, so sent an email asking for help. Within 24 hours, I received a reply, not only with instructions, customer service had actually retrieved the order and placed it in my shopping basket for me.

Delivery didn't match with the preview…
Delivery didn't match with the preview on the website. Therefore, I would give an advice to explain the term “magic mugs” more emphatically on your website.
However, I got very service-oriented assistance and luckily I was still able to receive the right mugs in time!

I had a great experience!
I've only ordered a few times with Vista Print but every time it's been a good service, and specially the last time, their customer service really helped me out, specially to easy my anxiety when GLS staff would do all the opposite, Larissa form Vista Print gave me the time when my package would arrive and made sure it would arrive when I needed it (it was time sensitive) and at least was understanding and kind, and again , that she could help me ease my anxiety was what I appreciate the most. Thank you and I do recommend Vista Print , I will keep ordering with them my future big scale printing jobs.
