Excellent service
I have ordered several times and I'm pleased with the products.
Last week I ordered a banner, that sadly was damaged on arrival. After contacting the helpdesk, they fixed my problem right away by sending a new product without extra costs.
The associate I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company for custom promotional products!

There was a mistake with the order that was sent to me. When I rang VISTA, they quickly saw the problem and rectified it. Now I am waiting for the correct products to arrive.

4 of the 8 mugs I ordered had the images cropped even though in the layout in the online tool they were well within the limits. The design is also not centred as per the preview, but appears much closer to the handle than in the design preview. Additionally, before starting the design process it looked like a 48h rush order was possible, but only at the end of the payment process did it become clear that the only available option was a 10-day turnaround.

After my first order, I had a minor complaint which I reported. Immediately customer service responded. I am very satisfied with the company's response and the delivery of a product that meets 100% of my expectations.

Same service - 3x Price
Have been using them for years and enjoy their service a lot. Was just ordering some signs for company and noticed that I was using vistaprint.co.uk by mistake
Switching over to vp.nl I noted that the signs were €60/stuk instead of £15/stuk
(double checked all the same), even the spacers were now €35/stuk instead of £8/stuck.
Suffice to say I ordered on .co.uk and they deliver to NL.

Can't alter adres or cancel order
I ordered multiple times before and I had no complaints but this is just stupid.
I filled out the adres and then it took the right adres to the invoice adres and just autofilled a random address in my city with wrong information.
I only saw this after I completed the order and then tried to correct the adres but got told this isn't possible after having only placed the order 5 minutes before.
Then I tried to cancel and got told that isn't possible either.
Really just stupid experience for such a organized company.

I bought a printed t-shirt on this site and the colours are absolutely terrible. I put nice warm purple colours and I got some rubbish dark purple on the t-shirt. Never buy t-shirts from this site.

Stay away when privacy is important to you
Wanted to ask about the feel and weight of certain business cards. I initiated a chat with a customer service agent. First he asks me to create an account because it would be “easier”. I don’t need to create an account to get some questioned about paper answered. Then, after speaking to him, I created an account and uploaded the design. He starts asking questions like what my business does, if we do business 2 business or business 2 consumer. Doesn’t seem like questions you need to ask to answer my paper question. Feels like they are tying to fill their own CRM system with information.

I placed a reorder for an item I order regularly however slightly update the wording. The old version arrived and I contacted customer support who called me and we went through the exact wording etc which is basically what both of us could see on the order. New replacement order arrived and guess what…still the old wording! I give up!! I don’t have more time to waste on chat and calls with them
