I bought a used DJI Ronin S gimbal and was amazed at the price and everything included!
The package arrived quickly too, I ordered on easter Monday at the gimbal arrived by Wednesday.

I bought some lens demands but accidentally made a mistake in my order which I hadn't spotted; I'd ordered a mix of analogue and digital. The guys reached out to check if my mistake was intentional, which it wasn't. Saved me a massive headache later down the line!!

It’s so nice to be able to buy quality used gear without the lottery of buying from eBay or Marketplace. I bought a Peli hard case and it’s awesome, and a fraction of the new price which I wouldn’t be able to afford. The Visual Impact website was really easy to browse, and the gear I ordered was posted immediately and arrived the next day, absolutely epic service. Reuse is better than recycling and all that, so just a great shop. I’ll definitely be buying from them again, and absolutely recommend them.

This was a very quick, no-nonsense order, along with a support email from Nic checking that everything was alright after it had arrived.

I was looking for a used Canon 70-200 lens in good condition and found that Visual Impact had a stock of them. I scheduled a time with Nic to come over and see the lenses. He was very patient and accommodating allowing me enough time and the space to inspect the lenses and choose. He provided helpful information which made it even easier. Great experience overall.

We purchased a large sum of equipment from Visual Impact after comparing several options and I must say we made the right choice. The process was extremely easy. I dealt with a very professional agent that offered alternatives to some of the equipment on the list provided which now we don't regret. After a couple of months we had a small issue with the camera we purchased and again Visual Impact took full control and managed it all within a week. Very pleased and would recommend to any business or individuals.
