I’ve been dealing with Nic from Visual Impact for almost 2 years now. Helped me get setup with my FX9 and FX3 kits and most of the bits in between. Always knowledgable and helpful with suggestions and ideas and always a warm welcome on the phone for the endless times I’m looking to tweak quotes. Really poor. Advertising products at a certain price, then once I ordered they claimed their 'website was being updated' and the price was in fact nearly 50% more. Would not honour the order. Polite enough comms, but poor information on their site and no issue just telling me 'tough luck'. I had a fair bit to order in the coming months, I won't be using them now because I can't trust their site info, and they couldn't care less. Shame.

Visual Impact are a tried and tested company for me ( I delivered camera kit for them 20 years ago and were a very good company then ) - sales team very helpful answering my questions on the FX9 and delivery options. I needed kit on time and they came through when other companies couldn't. Would recommend and use again.

Whether it’s a technical question or to purchase equipment, the service is always professional and prompt. Visuals always make sure that you get what you need rather then being a company that just sells equipment. I always find them competitive on price too which is always important.

Highly recommend Visual Impact, for servicing, rental and sales. Kit's are always in a good condition, staff friendly and attentive, no question is ever too small or stupid. And they are happy to discuss costs in an attempt to meet a required!

I'm frequently booking equipment at the 11th hour from VI, and they always come through with a solution in budget. The team is responsive and helpful, and the hire rates are great. Highly recommended.

Without a doubt one of the best Kit suppliers out there. I have used Visual Impact over the last 4 months and can't fault. Their customer care is immaculate. Struggled to get a Sony FX6 Camera for months. Visual Impact managed to source one for me within a matter of weeks.
