Pretty much everything went wrong
Pretty much everything went wrong. At the first attempt I was given 15% discount from 1st purchase which didnt work. By then there was a stock out and later when I came back and actually bought some products, they were delayed by more than week. That too got delivered partially. Remaining part was with courier they said but been more than 2 weeks there is no sign of it. Very good product but poor service.

VERY REFRESHING
I be honest to you I love coconut water I first tried it in the Philippines it's called buko there and I found it very refreshing. Back home only way I could get it was 'fresh coconut' and then it was like half a cup maybe, I first tried this product when my mate bought a carton and did not like it I guess it's not for every 1, but as soon as I tasted it I was hooked. If you like it I'd recommend you subscribe to the Vita Coco, ok you have to subscribe to taking 12 litres a month buts its half price that the shops charge

Customer service is like a coconut-soft on the inside with lots of fluidity and on the outside the company is solid
The communication is prompt. The customer service is something other companies should follow as it is exemplary. They listen and understand. The product I have been buying is much better than the competitors as no sugar and pure coconut water. The flavoured ones are a nice treat. Enjoy. Confident to buy from this company.

I just love the taste of your coconut…
I just love the taste of your coconut waters and so decided to put in a standing order. At first the pressed coconut water was unavailable but I just kept trying to order over a few days and now I have it. It’s the most delicious coconut water I’ve ever tried and I like the ethical way it’s sourced and that your planting trees as well. All in all…what’s not to like? 😋

Ordered 3 days ago, not even shipped yet - yet their website states that you'll get your order within 3 - 5 day's.
I emailed, & all they said was that that was their shipping time...like what?! Your own website states that this isn't the case! I've emailed them to cancel the order & demanded a full refund.
It remains to be seen now if I'll indeed get my money back 😡. I'll update further if anything changes.
