The only complaint I would have is that it took almost three weeks to get to me from the date it was mailed when your website says clearing 5-6 biz days from date mailed.
The process was straightforward and streamlined. The vital check site left me feeling confident that my request was going to the right place. I have received the items I ordered.

The entire process was fabulous!
The entire process was fabulous. From how easy it was to order, to the QUICK turnaround time, I am so happy with my experience! The only thing I would comment on was that I paid for the highest delivery service to ensure my package was well protected. However, my husband came home to the envelope having blown into our yard... that made me uncomfortable knowing it could have blown who knows how far into the wrong hands. I'm guessing this is something to fault on the delivery driver? Just thought I would mention it in case you are able to do anything about it and can prevent problems like this from becoming worse in the future:) Again though, nothing but great to say!

The extra fees
The extra fees, extra sites you have to hop through. Its just way to much. I had to order my husband's as well, from NC, it was $10 not almost $30. Unfortunately I could not make the trip down to get it and it was a must do but the pricing and process to obtain is MUCH different than NC.
