This was a total scam!

I ordered a "Made in USA" Glucose meter - with shipping came to $40. The product shipped via China Post (from China) and was nothing more than an oximeter! I've tried to get a full refund, but they say I have to pay for the shipping (back to China). Instead they are offering me a 40% refund! This was a total scam!

FRAUD!!!

They basically stole my money. They had multiple excuses for not delivering for months, then claimed the courier (a vendor I never heard of, not DHL, UPS or anyone we know) tried to deliver but failed and returned a product after another month. So they repaid less than half of my money after deducting the shipment and a 'restocking' fee. They never provided either an evidence of the shipment, a report of attempted delivery or a breakdown of deductions. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT SITE!!

Scam

I placed an order for $90. They ran $149.88 on my credit card. I canceled within one hour when my bank sent a notice of the incorrect amount. Bank cancelled. Next day Vitalife ran it again. It went through. Bank won't cancel this time. This scam company won't cancel. Im out $$$ and no product. Also the company is up for sale. DO NOT buy from this company!!!

I went on their add in face book hi and I…

I went on their add in face book and I ordered $59.95 worth. Then they took another $159.95 out my account and I never received anything. They are SCUM of the earth. I also a senior on a fixed income! I want my money credited back to my account now. This happened on 3-10-2025 put it back dirt bags! Or I will turn you over to the authorities! Your choice!!!!!

I saw the website for shopvitalhealth…

I saw the website for shopvitalhealth and wanted to check it out..I did NOT order and they took 59.85 out of my account for some product and then another 101.75, I am a senior and they scammed me...I tried to call the number on the site and they don't answer...SCAM SCAM SCAM, I will go to the web page and check them out before I ever even think of purchasing anything from them..BE AWARE PEOPLE!!!!!

its a scam and they make it impossible…

It's a scam and they make it impossible to cancel. the product is a scam and does not work. I ordered a one-time buy and they made it a subscription, kind of bait and switch.
sending it to the consumer affairs in DC.

Fraud

Fraud. I ordered goods from this online shop more than a month ago and paid for them directly with Visa. The money is gone, no delivery has arrived to date and no emails have been replied. This is fraud.

They sell items that are not in stock

I placed an order before Christmas for delivery by 24th and as it got nearer to this date and item was still pending i asked for it to be dispatched after the 31st because i was away. When i returned the item had still not been dispatched. when i contacted support, was told the manufacturer had not delivered to them. So they sell items that are not in there stock, then once they got your money, they order from the suppliers

I'm very sorry that this happened - we experienced a temporary technical difficulty which led to the overselling of some lines (our website expressed a larger stock quantity than what was actually in stock and available). The team were trying to rectify this in the background by ordering the necessary stock in from suppliers and expediting despatch. Unfortunately, in your case - the product was also unavailable from our suppliers, so this had to be cancelled and refunded. Apologies again, but I hope this explanation goes some way to giving reasoning for this, and to show that we didn't take this action lightly - it was after much effort to still fulfil your order despite the technical challenges.

I ordered some Tea you cannot find in…

I ordered some Tea you cannot find in the United States. My friend loves this tea and it was to be placed in a gift bag with other items for her birthday. Checking the tracking for the item I noticed there was no activity and it probably wouldn't reach me in time. I sent an email, asking for the status. Danielle researched, discovered what the issue was, took care of it, and had it shipped to me immediately. It arrived in time! Sometimes things happen, but the way the business handles these issues, is what you remember. Danielle handled my small order as if it was the most important order they have ever received. Thank you Danielle.

Happy Customer

Sometimes the carrier is the problem. I have ordered from this company over 10 times and have received every shipment within 5 days. I’m 67 years old and feel great using their products. I’ve tried other products that are good but much more expensive. I’ve been very pleased with their products, service, and deliveries.

Delivered on time

I'm not sure why there are so many reviews on this company's delivery issue. I ordered my products and it arrived on time. Any products that are being shipped will always have some sort if delay and most of the time it's not the company's fault.
I believe this is a good company trying to offer the best fir their customers.

Scammers

Placed an order 11 days ago. Payment left my account immediately. Order not moved on since then and no communication returned to me from the number of emails and messages I’ve sent.

Obviously a scam company and one I’ll be raising a grievance towards with my bank.

Your shipping partner lets you down, otherwise a 5 star experience

I felt it was important to update my review. I had initially given it a 1 star due to delays in getting my product. It arrived today, whilst it has taken 5 weeks, it has arrived, perfectly package and correct. I would be hesitant to use the site again due to it's DHL/FedEx shipper, if they can either tell you up front it will take a month or get better delivery times this would be 5 star experience. When you pay £19 to get it delivered to you it is crazy it takes this long. I do order a lot from the UK and usually DHL are with me within 7 days for far less money. The customer service was prompt every time I reached out and obviously as it was with the shipping company there was little they could do. Would I order again and pay £19.00 for a 5 week delivery? No, sadly I would not.

I can confirm that your order was shipped correctly, however - and it appears that tracking now shows arrival at the destination Country, undergoing customs clearance.

Your order was shipped shortly after placing with us, however it took around 2.5 weeks to arrive at the destination Country due to unforeseen delays in the Courier network.

We do not pay Trustpilot to be a part of their platform - and as such, we are not treated fairly.

We have been in business since 2009, and have served hundreds of thousands of customers successfully over the many years we've been trading - but the majority do not come here to leave a review, because they receive the products and service they expect. When you do not invite reviews, the only people who go searching to leave one, are those that are unhappy. This makes for a very negatively-skewed view of our business on Trustpilot.
