I ordered frankincense & helychrysum… weird that they not smell alike ( like Kerosene mixed with something oily) I have been buying frankincense for years & can recognize that earthy scent anywhere… vitality extracts do not smell anything like that… also ordered the balms… weirdly had problems with both eyes being bloodshot (no other products except theirs were being used) Even their reward system is a scam.
Do Not but anything from this company!

I ordered Frankincense essential oil. The smell of it is very recognisable and distinct.
I got a bottle of something that smells like chemicals with a tint of kerosene.
Shoppers BEWARE !!!

They sent me the wrong product and refused to make an exchange. They were supposed to send me a return authorization (so they said) but never did. I am stuck with what they sent and I will NEVER buy from this company again and neither should anyone else

Placed an order 2 months ago - still not received - no response from customer services no product and the tracking link does not work - crap service - ironically the product I like but currently looking for a replacement company

I have bleeding and jaundice in my eyes. Going to have a scan to check for a brain bleed from rubbing Vitality oil on spider veins
VERY SCARY!!!

If I could give this company a zero I would. I placed an order back in June when their website had a Guarantee and spent over $200 and luckily I used Paypal. There scents were too strong and caused me and my husband to have bad head-aches. They sent me a Return Label and suggested that I try the Balms instead. Well I tried that, and didn't like the oily feel on my skin all day long. They didn't absorb good at all. Once again they sent me a Return Label and I returned the products again. They refuse to back up their Guarantee and Refund me my money and said only store credit. Well I tried the oils, too strong, tried the Balms and leaves my skin oily all day, so what else could I now try. So for the 3rd time around, I wanted to try the jewelry and use some other type scents to use on them, hoping that would work better. NOPE!!! The bracelets arrived broken in their packages, Oil was so strong you could smell it though the plastic they were wrapped in. The only 2 bracelets that I really like has been out of stock for months and have been told they would not be restocked. So now there is nothing else to try except diffusers which I already have 3 in my home, so don't need those. Finally after 3 calls, a Supervisor calls me back today and no matter what I said, she wasn't willing to move for a Refund. She claims they can't Refund a Gift Certificate. When you do a return they give you store credit on a gift certificate so they don't have to Refund you later if your still unhappy. I have spent months now trying tons of things they asked me to do and through tons of emails, getting nowhere, and still no help from a supervisor. Now I filed a dispute through Paypal and they said they will get my money back one way or another. Thank God I used Paypal, or I would be eating this money as there is nothing else to try and order on their website, and the credit would had been sitting there forever. Hope many of you will learn to use Paypal to pay for things if you ever need a Refund, they will get it for you even if the company doesn't do it. That's why I have been with them for over 20-yrs. now. Don't trust Vitality as their customer support is the worst out there. There are other Essential Oil companies out there that do stand by their product and do also issue Refunds if your unhappy.

Customer service is nonexistent!! I received an oil with a broken dropper. I simply requested (several times) a new dropper be sent and still haven't gotten a response. Would not do business with Vitality Extracts again!!

I am seeing these bad reviews. I have been very happy with my experience. The suggestions for which oil to use for pain Jane really helped me. I love the ‘aches and pain’ oil and the ‘deep muscle’ I also love the frankincense balm. I use this for my skin and as a base to apply other oils. The website showed me an accurate recap of each order. I have not been overcharged in any way.

I have ordered several times. Product, price and delivery have been as promised.
The frankincense balm has helped my husband damaged skin on his calf from years of blood clots.
So far I am satisfied with my purchases.

This company sells junk. The oils lost their fragrance within a couple of minutes after applying to my skin. The capsule diffuser died after one day if use. I received a free replacement that died after 6 days. They don't refund money...just store credit if you pay to return their junk. But why would you want to pay $9.95 shipping charges to receive more of their crap? Steer clear of this company.

I liked the products, although some of the sale items had little to no scent, so were probably outdated. They were always providing coupons, and none of them ever mentioned that they were for one time use, and all had an expiration date about a month in advance. Being retired and frugal, I made use of the coupons to my benefit, as there was no minimum order required, and the shipping was always just under $10. The coupons were $25 off, and I would order close to the $25 value, and make multiple orders. No one ever said anything about it or gave any indication that it was not acceptable to use the coupons that way. Imagine my surprise when an order was rejected. It took me a long while to get in touch with someone at Vitality Extracts to tell me the truth, after my having first made sure there was no problem with my bank account. They were banning me for life for using the coupons they had provided. This was something I did for months, and was never told there was an issue. If there had been, it would have been nice to be told instead of being "banned for life." That is no way to treat a customer who has made multiple orders, and in the first month I probably spent about $700 and used no coupons, as I didn't know they existed. I am not happy with the way I was treated by their customer service - more like a criminal than a loyal customer.

I used the Peppermint essential oil last week when I had a stomach virus. The oil saved the day for me, I did not have to run to the restroom every 20 minutes to be sick. It gave my stomach so much relief I was able to just ride this virus out laying down in bed.

I received a coupon in the mail and was so excited. I am new to essential oils and looked forward to exploring Vitalityextracts offerings
Long story short the coupon did not work. I wanted items that were not included. All though coupon said,Good on anything I want. Sadly disappointed. Sheryl V.

The balms for frankinsence and aches & pains are super excellent.

Aches and pains oil did not work for me very little effect so I decided to give a shot to the balm and I was impressed. I suffer of severe siatica in my lumbar area and severe stenosis in my upper back dorsal area. As soon as I got the balm from aches and pains I put it on and immediately took the pain away. I was in wow and when I combined with frankinsence balm the effect was twice as strong in removing the pain ... the lack of pain lasted over 2 days .... I have not been this pain free in a very long time.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company
has the WORST Customer Service ever!!! They don’t answer emails, messages, or phones. I waited over 3 weeks for something they claim to be delivered in 5-7 days. I finally opened a case with my payment company and received a refund. So think twice before ordering!

never ever again ! This company is horrible and not trustful. I ordered on 16th of this month but still not get it and they are saying it will take 1 to 7 business days ! What a liar ! Even the agent was lying about my order date and I will get it 28th. That's not 7 days.
Never recommend this company to anyone !

Not sure of all the negative reviews. I have been w/Vitality for nearly 2 yrs now and have not ever had a problem except for in the very beginning w/ subscription error but that was handled immediately w/customer service. I started out w/Frankincense & Myrrh (I figured the wisemen brought it to Jesus...how bad could it be right?) I was impressed. Then they came out w/the Aches & Pains and by then I was totally sold. I use it on my lower back (all over my right bkside) for sciatica. On my hip...shoulders and knee. I use the Frankincense on my foot for chronic pains after surgery. I've also bought Helichrysum and Skin Envy and use it on my skin on my arms. I'm seeing a noticeable difference from all the harm I did tanning when I was younger. I've also bought Tumeric which I have not used yet and I've also bought Immunity and Sleep Dreams which I have not yet tried. I am ESPECIALLY happy since they came out w/the balms!! Much easier than the drops. Ive bought all of them except the Lemon one. All in all I am VERY satisfied with this company. I've had no problems with packaging and I usually receive my product within a week. I love the $25 coupons I get with each order! Keep up the GREAT work Vitality...I LOVE IT!!!

Trying to stop subscription of Aches & Pains Oil (have tried two bottles and it doesn't work), So, when I received my last order, I wanted to return it for refund. So far, I've been referred here and there just to get someone to respond
