Save your money!!!!

I read the reviews on their site and after a few months ordered. I’ve been using their oils for 8 months and not a change or difference in any way. Not anything at all. Very very disappointing!!!!

Don't live up to the hype

Don't live up to the hype. After using several months, no changes in my skin. The aches & pains does help a little but the effect wears off in about an hour.

I am 80yrs old & love the Tumeric

I am 80yrs old & love the Tumeric, Frankincense, Frank & Helichrysum oil & the Frankincense balm for my shoulder pain. I’ve turned them on to a friend & she also sees a great relief in her knee pain.

Returns from Canada

Three things:
1. Ordered from Canada, and had to pay $14 duty when it arrived
2. After second day of use my face broke out in red spots (I am over 70 and not prone to breakouts
3. When I asked to return, the form doesn’t take Canadian info (DHL)
4. They will only give store credit
5. You have to pay return shipping
6. No response when they were informed of these issues.

I love vitality essential oils

I love vitality essential oils. Everything I have bought from them is wrapped in bubble wrap and in good working order. It does take 7-10 days to receive your order. Hair envy and immunity works well for me. Never had a need to contact them, so can't vouch for that.

I am super torn about this company...good products, bad packing for shipping and products

I am super torn about this company.

I feel their products (Sleep Envy, Hair Envy, Nail Envy, Skin Envy) actually work, so 2 stars, maybe should be 3.

HOWEVER, there is something WRONG WITH EVERY ORDER!!! Dropper dispensers broken, roller balls don't move (on all 4 lash envy, so I don't know if it works or not, 2 were free replacements), and oils leaking...etc.

Well never order from them again

I used to love this company! They had such great products. This last order was awful. 4 bracelets were broke and the others were so big they just slide right off me and the roller leaked everywhere. They didn't care. They just sorry there was nothing they could do. Are you serious? Well never never order from here again. Shame on you for allowing this. You should care a bit more about your customers. Never felt more disrespected.

BOGO sale wasn’t what it seemed

They were having a BOGO sale. While I was shopping, there were many pop-ups with two oils of the same kind and constant promotions of buy one get one free. I purchased three types of essential oil and a duplicate of each. Instead of giving me the duplicates free, they switched the deal and gave the cheapest ones free instead. I realized things didn’t add up correctly on my invoice and contacted customer service right away. They refused to honor the BOGO. I guess they made their money off me, and their deal wasn’t as good as it was advertised!

I should not have given this company a…

I should not have given this company a chance! Thankfully I didn’t spend much money with them but the oils are extremely weak! One of the oils (Peaceful Pup) smells rancid! I will never order from them again! I have used essential oils for many years and I know quality oils from low quality oils! Buyer beware! The shipping is also too high!

Not worth the price with Duty added on.

I order their product out of Canada. Sometimes they are delivered via UPS and other times Canada Post. Via UPS there is no duty however with Canada post the duty is almost a third extra on the total cost which even with their sales prices you end up paying a ridiculous price for their pools. The customer service SUCKS!! Have called several times and left messages with not a single response!
As much as I love the oils I have found other companies at a more reasonable price.

I have been unsuccessful with canceling a subscription for five months. I get assured the subscription is canceled yet I continue to pay for another order month after month. I’m being robbed.

I failed to research this company

I failed to research this company. My chronic care nurse highly recommended and I jumped right in. Product ordered and immediately charged to my credit card. Still not received after going on 2 weeks. Contacted them and no response. Lesson learned the hard way.

The negative reviews I've read here

The negative reviews I've read here, just are not what I have experienced. I have been a customer for well over a year. I have never been disappointed. The oils are 💯 pure, this can be easily verified. When I have had a question or concern, they have responded within 48 hrs- just like their claim. My shipments have always been when they have said and not damaged.
Definitely go through the Vitality Extracts website, there are copy cats that are bad.
The oils are also very good for what ails you. I love the skin and hair envy, but I also keep on hand the Frankincence.

No one answers email

No one answers email, chat, phone, or voice-mails. Their BOGO promo overcharged me and didn't apply special in cart like it says on their page. I won't shop with them anymore.

Not as promised Run to any other company

****Update: The grainy feel to the oils is the exact feel of mineral oil. I've never had or used a grainy essential oil.

Sadly everything I typed is missing so I'll start again. I would recommend not using this company at all. I placed my order on July 6th and received it on July 15th. It was poorly wrapped but luckily nothing was broken. In the time since I placed my order I have received 37 messages and emails from this company. That does not account for those that I have deleted every single day. My issue with this product is that none of the oils smell the way they're supposed to. I can say this with some bit of authority only because I have been involved in oils for many years at least 20 I would say, I've used or even sold product for several companies. I was with the original company Young Living whose products were so pure that most of them could be taken internally. Sadly it was the recession then too and I was not able to continue trying to sell for them. I've used Doterra oils I've used oils for many different companies and I can tell you these just are not the right oils or they've been cut with something. I'm pretty sure they've been cut with something because they don't feel right. Most companies that sell oil of any kind the oil is somewhat thick and pours slowly. This stuff is so thin that it's almost impossible to apply without losing some of it. It also doesn't have that really slick feeling that oil normally has, instead it feels almost grainy as if something else were in the oil. I've never felt an oil that felt this way. My concern is in what they might have used to cut this. Is it completely hypoallergenic, is it something that could cause me a medical problem, and similar issues. My first problem is the oil itself, my second problem is their sales tactics and the unrelenting texts and emails that come, and thirdly, I'm very very concerned that these oils do not smell right. I'm extremely familiar with what myrrh and helichrysum smell like as I've used both from another company to heal an unhealable wound on my foot about 15 years ago. I have a similar issue and wanted to heal the problem again. And by the way it is a problem that they say cannot be healed with any medication but I found this combination of oil would work back when I was working with young living. Every company who makes essential oils will change or add something in their blend mixes in order to get around any proprietary rules, and I can assure you that the other two oils that are in my package do not smell correct either. I've bought something called breathe easy or similar from several companies and it has a very distinct smell that goes across all of those companies. Most of the items in this type of oil are the same in all of the oils from all of the companies that create a breathe easy type product but these do not smell anything like they should. The other blend that I bought is supposed to be akin to Young living's thieves, but I can assure you it is not even close to the right smell, which means any aromatherapy that I would normally do with these oils is pointless because it does not smell the way it's supposed to which means it does not have either full strength of the blend of oils or they didn't use the right oils. The bottom line is that myrrh smell like myrrh etc. I've used myrrh as an oil many many times and actually still have some of my precious resin from the myrrh tree, and I can assure you whatever it is they sent me does not smell right
