The company is a scam i ordered products and cannot get any answers as to why I haven't received my order got a text message from USPS with tracking # that does not exist the order was refused in the usps office in Charlotte,NC. USPS is asking me to send them $3.00 because they claim my address is incorrect. This is bull crap

I placed an order on September 6th of 22. I received a notice that my order has shipped on 9/16/22. It said allow Ups 3 days before I can track. On 9/19/22, UPS has not received the order. It says to allow 5 to 7 Days delivery. This is way too slow for me. This is my last order for sure. I should have read the reviews first. I could have saved myself some aggravation.

Very unhappy as I’ve been waiting for my order for 3 and a half weeks. It took them 30 seconds to take my money but still no products!

I bought the Angel of Rose roll on oil. When I received oil, they were leaking all over. Within a minute of application the smell is gone. Don't buy from this company. They will only give a credit for returns.

I bought their Helichrysum for one reason, to get rid of purple bruise areas significantly quicker than the two weeks it normally takes. After one week, I can tell that it's had no effect at all.

Very disappointed in Vitality Extracts customer service. Countless times I place an order, only to receive a sale notice, coupon or discount code the next day for what I just ordered. Finally was fed up and asked if they would honor the sale this time. They would not. Taking all my business to Edens Garden. They have great oils, prices, outstanding customer service, quick and FREE shipping.

I have placed my order on April 24, 2022, paid $94.90, and I never received. I sent more than 5 mail, but Non-existent customer service. It's theft.

Scam. No way could the oils be that price if they're pure, if you know anything about growing and Distilling and marketing real and pure essential oils.
I've been to other Farms, I've done my homework.
There's only one companies that sell pure doesn't have to listen gredients and you can use many of them internally.

I read where Vitality's reviews are fake on their website & which if you read them, they look like it. They have a lot of question marks In the reviews where it doesn't need to be. I looked here & read a lot of bad reviews. Also read where it's a scam co. I've never had problems with them. I've purchased 2 bracelets, a car diffuser & oils. I didn't get 1 of my shipments so i emailed them. Kevin emailed me back, said there was a problem & he'd mail it to me. I did get everything in a timely manner. The oils are packed in boxes & then in a bubble envelope. I haven't tried the car plug in diffuser yet. So far i like all the oils.

I love Vitality Extraxts! I order from them every couple months, or sometimes 3 times a month, like this month haha. I've never had a problem with them, they're shipping is always quick, and packed well. I think the quality is excellent.

Will not refund $ owed to me. They sent me an item I did not order. Returned it and gave me a code to use on my next order for my refund. Well, when I placed another order using a 30% off offered code, they would not accept it. Told me I could only use one code. That should NOT make a difference. The one code is $ they OWE me. Plus I would have to pay $10 shipping for 3 bottles of oil. I am through with this company.

Unfortunately, I didn't thoroughly research this company before I purchased it's Hair Vitaility serum subscription service or I would have never started it. But when your hair is falling out and nothing is working despite good reviews on every google, trust pilot ,etc. site, I got a little desparate and careless.
This product doesn't do anything to my scalp and hair loss despite using it as recommended. My hair has continued to fall out and no new hair has begun to grow in. I have called and emailed the company three (3) times, asking them to discontinue my subscription (monthly), yet this product still comes. I have never heard any response back from the company at all. Therefore, this month I am:
1. Returning the product, asking for a full refund plus shipping.
2. Writing reviews in as many places as I can about their product, warning women about this scam.
3. Contacting the BBB, hoping they can help me.

It really upsets me when a company takes advantage of women like me who are really vulnerable because they are losing their hair They are predators who not only sell us a useless product but don't stop sending the worthless piece of junk! What a SCAM!!!!-

As my title said buyer beware. If I could give this product and company a 0, I would. At least other products I have been unhappy with answer my phone calls and emails! which leads me to believe this company is purely out only to make one thing - money. Do not buy!!!

I made a purchase for Christmas gifts. I wanted to exchange something and since I bought it 18 days ago it is outside the window and they said nothing they can do. They do not stand behind their products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM great companies out there to do business with

I bought helicrysum oil from them to try them out . The oil I got does not resemble helicrysum at all! I had this oil from several other reputable company’s and also directly from Croatia before.
I WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

I have ordered from this company several times and am so very happy with each order. I love their blends and their singles. I started with their Immunity and Stress and was pleasantly pleased. So I gifted it to friends who Also loved it. Then I used the hair/scalp oil and have been a fan ever since!!!!

My daughter gave me a bottle of roll on Deep Muscle oil and I swear by that. My neck muscles get so tense causing headaches, uncomfortable sleep, I just get so cranky! I roll Deep Muscle oil across the sore spots on my neck and within minutes it feels much better. And it smells strangely soothing, Deep Muscle oil works for me.

I wrote a review on vitality’s website giving it a 1 star. They deleted my review! I didn’t write any profanity. All I said was it made my scalp worse with dandruff and made my bald spots worse. Don’t recommend using it!

Ordered from them once and now I’m automatically in a subscription which take money from me without my consistent and they don’t want to refund me despite me not wanting their product. Their customer service is a joke and don’t want to help or refund me for something I don’t want and for something their forcing me to buy from them. Take a note that I contacted them within a hour after they took my money but still they can’t refund me. WARNING DONT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU DONT WANT THEM TO STEAL YOUR MONEY WHENEVER THEY WANT AND FORCE THEIR PRODUCTS ON YOU!
