Amazing vist to Canada
The holiday was planned by Vaibhav and I told him just what we wanted, he didn't try to influence my choices and we had the holiday we wanted. The travel plans included train journeys and shuttles and we were a little apprehensive but all went to plan with detailed instructions for each journey. The hotels were all good too, especially the one at Niagra Falls where we had an amazing time.

Although I didn't book the holiday with Viva, Raul helped me in my decision NOT to book, as the holiday would have been too strenuous. We are 75 and 80. He didn't push us into booking the holiday, instead he gave me all the information for me to make an informed decision. I would go back again to Viva holidays as their professionalism was a welcome change.

Excellent from start to finish. Great flights and hotels. Minor issues with transfer from Marrakesh to Agadir but sorted quickly and no issues getting in contact with the Support Centre. What a fabulous find for an incredible responsive agency who arranged a brilliant trip
This was a birthday trip for son's 50th birthay. Right from the start, Sandeep was so helpful, carefully teasing out my requirements with alternatives outline. The trip to Vegas was skilfully arranged, subject to appropriate clarifications on dates, timings etc. I was impressed. I needed to change the hotel and the new arrangements were readily accomplished and the choice of hotel explored and explained. In addition I wished to visit the Grand Canyon and Sandeep was brilliant and secure a great booking which could not have been improved. I subsequently queried the timing of the transport by bus to Grand Canyon having been told it was a 10 hour trip. We found on the day that the tour company include a 3 hour pause at the Grand Canyon for tour members to explore. We however travelled to our hotel and so the trip overall was only 4.5 hours. The bus drivers on both legs were amazing, helpfully guiding us through main aspects of the journey.
The Grand Canyon is awesome and in hindsight I would have done better to arrange 3 nights. However, Bright Angel Lodge was just the place to stay.
Flights were direct to Vegas by Virgin Atlantic, the first time flying with them and I was impressed.
Overall Viva arrange a first class trip thanks to Sandeep who was considerate throughout my dealings with hi. HIs knowledge was excellent, his manner extremely helpful and thorough. I shall certainly look to Viva to explore future holidays, Thank you

Multi centre Italy holiday
We booked a multi centre holiday for 2 adults in Italy in March 2026. After looking on the high street for travel agents, we found Viva Holidays online. We spoke to Vaibhav-VK. He put together a 3 centre holiday from UK to Venice for 2 nights, then a train to Florence for 2 nights, then a train to Rome for 4 nights. All included the train times and tickets, flights and 4 star hotels, all within walking distance of the train stations and with breakfasts included in all. We cannot thank Vaibhav enough. All fell into place perfectly and for a very agreeable price. We will definitely be using Viva Holidays again.
