Poor processes and no response
On a visit to Rome for the recent Ryder Cup, we decided to go to the Lazio v Torino game and VIVA are Lazio's online ticketing partner.
After going through lengthy application forms their system decided that my birthdate and location of birth were not recognised (even though they were from VIVA's own drop down box selections) and I could not secure the tickets therefore costing Lazio the revenue.
I contacted their help email and have still not had a response.
Amazing that they are meant to be an important ticketing outlet !!

Resale gone wrong
Hi! UUUU I see I am not the only one the biggest a***ole in the world using this sh****y website. i bought a ticket for Bocelli, couldn't attend, put that ticket to resale. It is more than 1.5 months and the same auto response with the payments at 20th date of the following month. By now, no refund, no nothing. I think they fooled us all together in a very italian way. I regret I used that site.

I have been waiting for a refund for over a month now. I sold my ticket in early June, was told they process refunds on the 20th every month, but received nothing then. I contacted their assistance desk multiple times but nothing helpful was said. Today I write to them again and they told me another generic line that they process refunds on the 20th of the month, failing to realise that my refund is late. This company is thieving, do not use them. They should be shut down because this has to be illegal.

After 5 months I still haven't got my refund for the tickets to "il cenacolo" in Milan.
Bought them (credited my account) a month in advance and when we get there apparently tickets had not been bought.
Ever since I have been asking to get my money back. they answer with excuses regarding my bank but i have spoken with my bank and they confirm that not refund has been made and of course it has got nothing to do with them. DO NOT USE this page.

Corona, Voucher NO refund, horrible service, takes for ever to get a response
Really bad service. Got two opera tickets in Firenze, which were of course cancelled due to corona 2020. Ok than somehow I managed to get two vouchers (which got an extended validation for 36 months) the thing is, there is nothing really interesting right now in Firenze at the opera to see. I though oh ok, let's buy another event which is serviced by Vivaticket... but no the voucher does not work. I got an answer from viva, that the voucher works only for a venue at Firenze opera. LOL...ridiculous.... 220€ thrown away, since I am not interested in any performances in 2023 so far... Thank you of for nothing... it seems like it's a criminal organization ... can't believe there is no EU regulation... will try to get it back from the credit card company... it can't work this way!

Save your time & energy and try elsewhere
Took them at least a month and five emails to different addresses for them to get an answer. It turns out that they cannot refund me for a cancelled event because they were not the main organizers (i get that), but not only it took them a while but their answer was purely defensive without even caring to point me to the right direction.
The overall impression of the answer was "we got our money, we don't care anymore"

Don't bother
An absolutely awful experience trying to buy tickets from this shambles of a site, wanting a verification code at the last minute despite no notice, not being able to find the correct extension number and as a result losing the tickets. Disgusting.
hard to reach, bad service
bought tickets through fiorentina for the match against fc twente. wrong name on ticket, request sent to change name. name clearly indicated and ID sent, they still manage to put the incorrect name on the ticket. Contacted again by e-mail, it was not possible to respond to this e-mail address in 1x. Can only be reached by email, not by phone or chat.
No refund for a resold ticket
I resold a ticket to a rescheduled event on July 10. The Support Team claimed that I will receive the refund by August 20. Shock horror - today is August 23, no transaction have been made and they are no longer responding. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Horrible service i bought two tickets for me and my friend last year for this July but couldn't go due to financial problems and Covid. I then resold my tickets a month ago and waited for my refund that was due on the 10th of the next month following the resale(as it is stated on their terms) and nothing happened. I waited two days to be sure that it wasn't a bank problem and tried to get in contact with them, they of course never responded, I'm sure i sent about 5 emails to their contact email and didn't even get an automated response. Very dissatisfied with them i read the reviews and was sure i would never get my money back. Still trying to get in contact with them.

Absolute rip off
Absolute rip off! I bought this prior to my trip that was supposed to happen in 2020. Because of Covid it was delayed until 2022. When I tried to go to the places they indicated that I could get the actual card no one would help me. When I tried to talk to Vivaticket themselves it was a total waste of time. Save your money and don't use Vivaticket!
