It was a terrible experience…buyer beware! I bought tickets for our vacation, and the event was cancelled the day before it was scheduled…vivid seats refused to refund our money. I have filed a dispute with my CC company.

Please save your automated/uniformed reply, you are the ones who sent me the email informing me of the change, not the venue. I texted with your automated system for a ridiculously long time, only to be told you weren't refunding my money regardless of circumstance. Your platform should honor the tickets you sell, period. BTW, the event was cancelled, so your reply should be better informed.

If you find that you're unable to attend the event on the new date, we highly recommend listing your tickets for sale on a ticket resale platform. Absolute Scam, DO NOT USE!!!!
Bought tickets for the world cup game England v Croatia 2026 and never received the tickets. After multiple conversation with vivid seat who confirmed we would have the tickets we still do not have them two weeks after the event and never received them on the Fifa ticketing portal after following everything that vivid seats told us to do, we also have not been offered any sort of refund or compensation. One day of the event the official Fifa office at the stadium confirmed the seller had transferred the tickets and immediately revoked them, who also told this to vivid seats and offered to provide evidence. This company is enabling people to scam people of of money. I would never recommend this company and will never be using them again. At the minute we are £1600 out of pocket and I will be taking this further to make sure this company doesn't have the opportunity to do this to other people!!!
