So I called Vodafone about my internet…

So I called Vodafone about my internet in Germany not working, the guy was really helpful, spoke English and offered me some extra data on my phone as a form of apology - he then told me I would be called back from a Vodafone technician when they have resolved the issue - at the end of the call he asked if I would stay on the line to review the service he gave, so I did and gave the support a 10 out of 10 for the 3 questions...... I waited for the call, no call for 4 hours - I call vodafone back, there is no service ticket that has been created, they have no information whatsoever that I called... so I then tell them the same information again and they give me a service ticket this time, she asked me if I can stay on the line to review the call - I didn't give them 10 out of the 10 the second time.

I have been a cusotmer since 2020

I have been a cusotmer since 2020, with CallYA (prepaid SIM) and WiFi since 2022, never had an issue - there was an outage once in 2023 and they immediately offered me 500 GB on my mobile plan until the issue is fixed. They also offered me an attractive price for extending my WiFi contract.

biggest scam

biggest scam i don't know how this company is still around... there's no costumer service only a bot. the phone number that i was recommended to call after all my 10gb were gone in an hour for the third time!! gave me 3 options pressing the 1-3-4 buttons on my phone. only number 1 works which is to the button thats used to pay even more money.. i just moved to a different company. bye bye

one more thing, a friend of mine have vodafone home and it lags and fails all the time.

How hard can it be?!

How can something as simple as activating a sim card be so hard and take so much time!!!?
Just called and followed the process... catch 22, gets you nowhere. Finally managed to speak to a human, he advises you to "say something different" than "activate new sim card" into the automated answering bot... Why can't you put me through, why can't you activate it for me?! Whoever is in charge of customer processes or whatever this is called should be deeply, deeply ashamed of how poor they are at their job.

Absolute disaster

Absolute disaster. You will be on their hook fcuking forever with their promises to come fix your internet. Your outage can be lasting weeks if months and they won't give a fcuk.

Worst Provider in Germany

Unfortunately, I have a Mobile-Tarif contract with Vodafone which itself was worse but still chose to go with them for DSL100 as I expected that they will fulfill the connections faster for existing customers. To my rude surprise they let me wait for more than 2 weeks and informed me that they can only offer 16 Mbits/sec. So, I had to cancel and start searching for a different provider all together which costed me additional costs to set temporary internet at home.
Fortunately, I terminated all the contracts (including the Mobile-tarif) and happy that I didnot take any of their services.
This is a reminder for anyone willing to choose Vodafone as Mobile/Internet provider. They just dont give a damn about you as a customer and only look for as much money as possible from you.

amazingly horrible shit , what the contract promises can not deliver half the stability , the gigacube box is a piece of shit , if you want to use cable internet after 1 month the box dies , NEVER TAKE ANYTHING , EVEN THE VODAFON IS OUT OF TIME

Absolutely incompetent, even worse than Deutsche Bahn

Avoid if you want to set up a wifi/WLAN at home. It has been a month and they are still incapable of setting up the internet connection (for which the previous tenant of the flat literally just needed to get a router and connect it herself). My house number has a double number separated by a dash, so this became a problem because they think my house does not exist and cannot find it 💀
Online services do not communicate with the stores (they cannot access any wifi requests you made online if you come in person). It takes more than a week to reply to an email and the appointment they give you to set up WiFi (bring router in) are three weeks away (which they then not confirm because they cannot find your house). Simply avoid if you have a choice of a WiFi provider in your house.

Since Monday we have no internet

Since Monday we have no internet, and noone cares. Helpdesk is simply lying - they say different reason every time we call. As we have smart home, we can not even open the door to post or visitors, not taking into consideration that we both do home office. Very sad and very unprofessional

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. During a call with their tech support team to resolve my ongoing internet issues, the agent told me I needed a new router, which I agreed to. However, instead of sending the new router, the agent upgraded me to a more expensive internet plan without my consent. I am still waiting for confirmation from their unhelpful customer service team that this issue has been resolved. Stay away from this company and choose literally any other provider instead.

Don't use SEPA payments!

Charged a 5-euro penalty because, supposedly, the bank refused a 10-euro SEPA top-up. The bank said this never happen, and I presented this statement to Vodafone customer service, but it did not impress them. Scammed me for 5 euro once and lost a 120-euro per year customer a month later, good for them, what a bunch of smart people! Stay away from this provider, they so thieving they even hurt themselves.

Don't choose Vodafone as Internet provider

If you have the option to go with another internet provider, go for it. Don't trust what the sales person tells you, always check every detail of the contract. You won't be able to prove anything afterwards. Don't expect them to speak English with you as well.

horrible experience with customer…

horrible experience with customer service today, i had a pretty simple problem which multiple representatives gave me completely contradictory solutions for -- after i explained to the last person i spoke to that what he was saying was contradictory to what his colleague had told me he got angry at me and began yelling on the phone. after a stressful and useless morning wasted, i managed to solve the problem by myself. pretty shocking and cannot recommend

I cannot put 0 in the review it’s unbelievable how this company legal to operate. For years I have the contract never reach the internet speed I am paying. Had been scammed from them to change to higher contract and still the same issues. 3 days now no stable internet and from today no internet at all. Luckily I am switching companies on Monday. Stay away from this company

Worst enternet operator I ever seen

Worst enternet operator I ever seen, absolute unstable internet, not possible to use it, every 20 seconds ping rises to 2000, whole day disconnects and lags. I dont understand how they still on the market. Im begging, delete this operator from this country.
