Wrong advertised size
After completing the purchase, we find out that the size provided and advertise does not match the actual food size. Therefore, we have returned the item and hopefully we get reimbursed as soon as possible so we can order the bigger size.

I do not recommend, the order was not delivered to the specified address. The store claims that it has information from the courier company that the package was delivered, it responds to emails laconically and expects the buyer to find their package themselves. The store did not contact the courier company to specify where the package was delivered. Store does not want to refund the money for the order.

Poor handling of delivery instructions
We have been loyal customers of this store for a long time and place frequent orders with them. Unfortunately, our recent experience was disappointing. We specifically requested delivery to our company location, but the courier attempted delivery only once and then redirected the package to a DHL pick-up point, which was not the option we selected.
We had to go and collect the order ourselves, which is inconvenient. Customer service was not helpful and seemed to have no control over DHL's delivery process.
We find this quiet disappointing as that doesn't reflect the level of service we expect as a long-standing customer.

Annoying that the delivery did not succeed in 1 go. Indeed, if it fails 1 time it always goes to a DHL service point. This is environmentally friendly and we also recommend leaving it at home or at a DHL service point. With companies, there is a chance that an order could get lost.
