All of the Technician's at Voiceflex are superb, and especially Lasantha Game Kankanamge. Apart from having a great name, Lasantha always smiles, he is always helpful, very knowledgeable and always willing to help. What more could you ask for? Great people, great service – just great!

i required an urgent name change and 2…

i required an urgent name change and 2 additional channels added to an account + although we have access to the portal our engineers were all out , so Lasantha picked up my request and the new channels and name change were complete in double quick time .

so all in all i got my query resolved in a timely manner and exactly to what i had requested .

Toby made it so easy for me to navigate my way through every step to getting our systems up and running again. Me and technology are not friends however he was patient every step of the way.

Great company to work with

Been dealing with Voiceflex for a good number of years, always go above and beyond for us, the porting team work tirelessly to try to resolve issues with some less than favorable wholesalers (won't mention their name here) and always got top notch service, from all the teams we deal with, and an account manager (Emma) who does try to resolve any issues (and you can have a chuckle as well).
Would highly recommend them to anyone in the channel looking to partner.

Brogan the SuperStar

Brogan was integral to having an end-user get back online as soon as possible after a mix-up on an export.

The gaining provider claimed no port when acceptance and completion were sent by IPEX.

Brogan stepped in and suggested routes to get the customer back into service. The customer themselves was very appreciative of the quick resolution
