I’m very happy with the work carried out on my car. The staff were very supportive too.

Brilliant garage with great knowledge! Took my Audi S3 in with a suspected head gasket. After a quick diagnosis they found that it was a faulty coolant system and replaced all parts and kept me updated with the repairs.
Efficient, knowledgeable and great communication.

Many thanks to the team and especially Nick who kept me updated and explained everything.

Really happy with Volksmaster Garage – first time I’ve used them and I’ll definitely be back. Very friendly staff and a great service all round. As a lovely bonus, they even washed and vacuumed my car. Highly recommend.

am recently retired after having my own garage for 40 years,unfortunately vw themselves lock down the ability to reset service intervals and I am not about to invest in more equipment just to reset the light.agents wanted 380,volksmaster bury £170 so no brainer really,although if I am honest doing it myself would cost a fraction of that,pollen filter for example is the easiest one I have ever seen,20 second job.i would still have needed the service light reset which no one would do unless they serviced it themselves.overall I am pleased with the professionalism and ease of getting it done,they even picked the car up and kept me updated.would use again instead of main agents that’s for sure.

Good quick and friendly service

Quick and good job on my car. I was reluctant to use them as Las years mot was a big mess up. But I think you got to give chances. It was well worth it. Finish ahead of time. All sorted.

Great company. Fixed really quickly I had a problem with my window. And I asked to check my tyres.

My car has recently had a smart repair to remove a dent at the Oldham garage. The service was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. The repair was fantastic - good as new!
I highly recommend Volksmaster Ltd.

Booked in my Audi with the branch at Ashton road, Oldham as there had been a noise coming from the engine, The team were great at diagnosing the issue and got the car back to me in the matter of days, very prompt and efficient and also cheaper than the initial price I was quoted for repairing. Overall very pleased with the guys and the service provided.

Our t5 campervan has been in and out of this garage numerous times last year with electrical issues.
Although customer service was good and I was informed about progress regularly, the van has never been fixed!
I also feel there was communication breakdown between the engineers and the customers. For example, the invoices were always ambiguous compared to the verbal descriptions that were given about work that had been carried out.
The last time I took my van to the garage i left it there for over two weeks and then got it back in a worse state than I left it. The advice was that I could bring it back another time and pay for another 2.5 hours of diagnostic labour (before any work would be carried out).
I will not be returning to that garage (and they’re probably delighted about that!)

From start to finish the staff are courteous and proffesional the service has been beyond expectations to diagnosing a fault moving swiftly with the repair.
The waiting area is setup perfect the gregarious nature of staff bookin vehicles or any queries are answered promptly.
Brilliant customer service and a genuine willingness to help.

From the friendly ladies on reception to the lovely chap who washed my car, they were all great! My car had a full service this time and the usual MOT. Callumn sent a video of the process pointing out possible future issues which was invaluable. Thank you guys. Jennie x

Have used volksmaster Oldham branch a few times now, always friendly and professional, always give you prices and options up front, they keep you updated on the progress of the work being carried out, can’t fault the service.. will continue to use them

Fantastic service better than VW main dealer in Bury and a lot cheaper also. Heywood garage handy for me will use them in future.
