CAR AND VAN VOLKSMASTER
Once again, cannot fault Volksmaster Van Center on Hollins Road & Car Center at Ashton Road.
Kat at Ashton Road car center is amazing, great customer service, cannot fault her a little bit.
Jordan & Craig at Volksmaster Van center same with him, great customer service, cannot fault him.
Nathan has been the best, has always looked aftered me, love his service and the work he does!
I totally recommend EVERYONE to use volksmaster, 1000% better than these back street garages!

Back at Bury branch
Back at Bury branch again (lots of work being done to my EV, not because I was dissatisfied at all) and, as usual, fantastic service, a job well done at competitive prices. Thought I needed a new 12V battery but a health check by Volksmaster Bury meant I had no need to spend £300+ just yet. Thank you. The work done (replacing a pair of drop link after Group 1 VW only replaced one in October last year - I assume to quickly get more work out of me) was done speedily and professionally and no more knocking and clunking. Couldn’t recommend a garage more and Elysia (?) on reception is brilliant.

Was able to book Golf in easily and with no fuss. Staff very helpful from customer service to technicians. Very thorough service with helpful advice. Very pleased with all work carried out and will use again.

Was told I need new front break discs…
Was told I need new front break discs and pads and quoted £456 😳
I decided to get the discs and pads myself for £110
Had a mechanic fit them for £60
£170 all together
The mechanic told me one of my old pads were fitted the wrong way round
How did volksmaster not see this? 🤔

Hi Mark, this isn't necessarily true. We quoted £328.19 including VAT, unsure why you would add £120 on top of our quote? No matter the industry—whether it's vehicle maintenance, building, or electrical work—it is always cheaper to buy the materials yourself and hire a low-cost laborer to install them; Not sure why you would use this fact to attempt to make us look bad. Also, we carried out an INTERIM service which comes with a basic, visual inspection of brakes, tyres and suspension. It doesn't include stripping your brakes down, which is what is required in order to find details such as your pads being fitted incorrectly... Possibly a result of you using cheap mechanics over the years.

What a place!
The service and advice in relation to my Audi TTS has proved invaluable. Everyone is so friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Alicia on reception was amazing keeping me informed and up to date with what was happening with my car. She took the time to explain things properly in a professional and friendly manner. I will only use VolksMaster (Bury) to look after my car. I even took them in some chocolates to say thank you. Brilliant work. If you want somewhere trustworthy and good value you can’t go wrong with them.
