I had my car in for MOT and service. Although I had to pay than expected because of an issue with my car I cannot fault the service and professionalism of the team. They kept me informed and my car was ready when they saud. I will definitely be using them again

The service from start to finish was excellent. From booking my VW golf r MK8 in for a DSG service. Girl at he desk was very welcoming to the mechanic working on the car. Quality service. 👍

Bury Branch- As usual, a great job. However, Volkmaster offered a 30th Anniversary deal. Full service and MOT for £289. Pay £10 upfront and get a £50 discount. I was dissapointed, because I was offered my £50 discount. Not on £289, but on £314 for full service and MOT. A £25 difference in Volksmaster favour. Your response appears very reasonable, however should your offer have not been clear upfront?

Car booked in for routine oil service and haldex oil change with pump clean.
First rate service from dropping it off at reception to picking it up afterwards.
Very informative health check video of the car on the ramp kept me informed of any issues it had and options to correct.
Staff,as always,very friendly and approachable.
Car has been cleaned inside and out when I picked it up.
Another happy customer and would highly recommend.

Highly recommend the garage! Just moved to the area and got recommended volksmaster by my previous garage.
Car had issues and they got it straight in for diagnostic and sent a detailed walk around video and list of faults. I had to wait to hear if warranty would cover the issues, which they wouldn't. Soon as I told them I couldn't get it covered under warranty and id be paying they got the work done the following day (they had to order a part)! Picked the car up at lunch time and it had been washed and valeted! Proper friendly staff and definitely using them for any future car issues!

Great experience, car broke down at home and was picked up and taken to the garage. Staff sent a video explaining their findings and a very clear list of recommended work with prices. All went smoothly and I’m very pleased with the work done on the car.

Great service

Following the recent closure of VW Main Agents in Bury I decided to give Volksmaster in Bury a try.
Very pleased I did. They operate almost exactly like the Main Agents did and charge (?)10-20% less. The staff are friendly and efficient and seem to really value your custom.
My car was collected (free) and delivered back once the service and MoT had been completed.
I had been recommended to them by a friend who had used the Heywood Branch and was very complementary about them.
The guys at Bury were also excellent. My only regret is that I had not used them in previous years, but I will certainly be using them in future.

I was booked in for normal annual service, but unfortunately, my alternator went faulty the day before, and I was taken by AA to Volkmaster ashton Rd, Oldham. Thankfully they managed to sort out my alternator problem and do the service too, but needed to be left in until the next day (understandably). Great service and professional throughout. Special thanks to Amanda, Kat and Nick at reception, and Dan (engineer).

Absolutely fabulous staff excellent service my VW needed lots of work due to previous garage neglect and all jobs completed car in workshop for a week as not fit to drive just collected the car and valet completed car looks beautiful drives like it did when first bought wonderful service and from now on this is the only garage I will be visiting thank you to everyone ♥️

Once again, cannot fault Volksmaster Van Center on Hollins Road & Car Center at Ashton Road.

I’ve just had my MOT carried out at the Heywood Branch. It was done at an offer price and both the reception and engineering staff were very friendly and efficient. I had cause to change the date of the job and this was done by phone without fuss. Thank you

Back at Bury branch again (lots of work being done to my EV, not because I was dissatisfied at all) and, as usual, fantastic service, a job well done at competitive prices. Thought I needed a new 12V battery but a health check by Volksmaster Bury meant I had no need to spend £300+ just yet. Thank you. The work done (replacing a pair of drop link after Group 1 VW only replaced one in October last year - I assume to quickly get more work out of me) was done speedily and professionally and no more knocking and clunking. Couldn’t recommend a garage more and Elysia (?) on reception is brilliant.
