Excellent service from this garage. Took my vehicle in with a number of problems. They established the cause of the problems, updated me and then carried out the work. They kept me well informed throughout.

This garage is the one you find and never leave for anyone else. I've been using volksmaster since getting my first car many years ago and been using them ever since. The family run business brings a homely ambience but with a very professional touch.

As I have done for many years I took my car to Heywood Volksmaster. I travel several miles to use their services but the professionalism and friendliness of the staff make it worthwhile. I am always pleased with the job that they do at a fair and reasonable price.would thoroughly recommend them

Used Oldham Van Centre 179 Hollins for a smart repair. Two colour repair with dent and scrape done brilliantly. All the staff were fantastic and the car came back with a better valet than most main dealers. The price was fantastic and their curtesy cars are also very reasonable should you need one.

I use Volksmaster (Ashton Road (Oldham)) to service my Skoda Octavia. I find the staff very friendly and helpful and they know their stuff and would strongly recommend them.

I have always received service and workmanship of the highest standard from Volksmaster in Bury. I own a Seat Leon and always take this car to Volksmaster for every service and MOT. The workmanship is excellent and communications are of the highest standard. Prior to the Seat, I owned an Audi TT for a few years and always used Volksmaster for that car as well. As long as I own a VW, Audi or Seat car I will be using them with no hesitation. Highly recommended.

Great service and wonderful helpful staff.

I booked my car in for diagnostics and to be told there is £4000 damage, I explained my warranty will cover the damage and all they wanted was proof and the garage wasn't really keen on doing that, I've rang 5 garages and all garages told me its a £2500 max job and even said this garage is known to rip people off, They admitted to charging customers £100 an hour for labour! Even my warranty company said I think they maybe trying to get as much money as possible.

Recently had my car booked in for a EPC fault the guys diagnosed the issue and solved the problem… always great service from the bury branch and I feel I can trust what they advise me, been taking my cars here for over 20 years .

Used Bury Volksmaster for an MOT and interim service on my Audi Q3. The customer service from booking the works to completion was 5star. Dropped off car as prearranged and video received promptly explaining what they had checked and confirming there were no urgent repairs needed. Car was returned to me clean and washed, which was appreciated. Not the first time we have used Volksmaster and certainly won’t be the last. I was satisfied with the quote for the work which was considerably less than an Audi main dealership. Thank you Volksmaster.

The team at the Oldham branch are extremely helpful. I trust them implicitly with my Cupra 300 knowing that all work will be done as it should as they are VAG specialists. They make every effort to accommodate and get the job done as soon as possible. Could not recommend them more.

HAD A TIMING CHAIN REPLACED BY THESE IDIOTS DIDNT EVEN COMPLETE THE FULL JOB.

THEY JUST REPLACED SOME PARTS. 8000 MILES LATER TIMING RELATED FAULT CODES APPEAR.

ALSO MY CAR HAD TO BE TAKEN BACK TO THIS GARAGE 3 TIMES AS THEY LEFT BITS LOOSE UNDER THE BONNET WHICH WERE MEANT TO BE QUALITY CHECKED BY ANOTHER FOOL.

PLEASE DONT BELIEVE THERE REPLIES AS WHEN QUESTIONED IN PERSON THEY HAD NO REPLY TO ME AND THERE FACES WERE SHOCKED THAT THEY HAD BEEN CAUGHT OUT.
