not sure if this happens all the time.. but Voro contacted me back from a chat on a Sunday, on a holiday weekend..! Jenkin helped me place an order for a part the website said was out of stock, but he located one and got it sent out to me.. really appreciated them replying quickly and getting me taken care of - great customer service!

Ronnel and Vel have been my go to to work around the nightmare that has been my Daytona hooga. I like to think the the scientific experiment and everything that can go wrong will so others can learn from my experiences.

It has been about a month and a half since I received the part to repair my scooter. It was only two days ago that I was able to replace it.
My issue started in March and through several conversations it was decided that we needed to replace the front controller. It was an epic challenge for me that I was able to do it, however, it did not resolve my issue. Once again, I contacted Voromotors and spoke with Ronnel. He verified with his team that the problem was indeed the front motor. I am completely happy that my scooter works perfectly. All my family loves their Teverun Mini Fighters.
When I chose to purchase 5 scooters for my family this past Christmas I was concerned about having the right support. Through my research, and now my experience with Voromotors, I made the right decision in who I chose to purchase them from! Ronnel was always professional and always happy to help me both in receiving my replacement parts as well as installation.
Big shout out to Voromotors and Ronnel! You have earned my trust through your excellent customer service!

VORO is an incredibly easy company to communicate with! Each time I have had a question or needed to place an order, texting with another human being has been really easy, and is available and basically instantaneous on their website.
Just go to their website, ask a question in the message box, and within a few seconds you get a response by folks eager to help.
They even email you a transcript of your conversation, to review later.
While I do miss the old days of phone calls, this is a great solution to customer service in modern times. Real people, not algorithmic programs that are frustrating to navigate.
Also, I always shop around, watch reviews and compare products. I generally wait for a sale, too.
I can confidently say that Voro Motors pricing can't be beat! Even better than factory direct prices!

Great customer service. Would prefer they had all parts in stock, but the customer service team doesn't control that. They got me where I needed to go and laid out all the options.

Ronnel made it great. Got me an answer right away, got an invoice set up for me, and was really patient while I was getting distracted at work and having to step away for several minutes at a time.

I ordered a inmotion rs midnight on 6/5 it was shipped 6/5 it is now 6/17 and I still haven't received my order and the delivery company roadrunner delivery can't even find my order. The shipping method used by voro motors is definitely not acceptable when you are paying premium prices for these scooters. Very upset with the whole process. I love the customer service; I was able to get some of my questions addressed and several options suggested in my area to take my scooter so I can get it maintenanced. I am a bit disappointed that the scooter got discontinued as far as the Emove Cruiser S and there are limited parts but maybe that's for the best come time to buy a new one. Afterall, this brand gots my trust and this company has done me good. They replaced my battery when it was causing issues with a whole new one which was very expensive and I appreciated the warranty they respected on that, Major Kudos- Jesse V

Mike at voro was very helpful on the phone. Do not try and get assistance through the chat feature on the website. The people who respond there are not trained to help diagnose what the problem is.

Ronnel is truly a service representative that cares about his customers. I was having issues with Extend the warranty company and he helped me through it with excellent advice on how to handle it.
