The service I received was excellent
The service I received was excellent. One of the bags I ordered was cut at the top with the powder leaking into the bag and into my floor. I emailed and received a response quickly and the replacement was delivered two days later!

Disappointed with returns process
When I wanted to return unopened products for a refund I couldn’t. And when returning items through post it was quite expensive ($30) due to weight so I am out of pocket by a lot. Shame because I have ordered from VPA for years and like the products but this has turned me off.

I really enjoy VPA protein
I really enjoy VPA protein, after all the years of taking protein powder finding the one that make you feel great, not bloated, great tastes and overall knowing the quality is great.
Would like to give some feedback on the packaging the closing zip isn’t as good anymore 9/10 packet of protein I have to bulldog clip it, not sure if there has been a quality issue.

I have been using VPA plant based protein powder for over 1 year now a and couldn’t be happier with the flavour and consistency of the product. Lately i had a problem with a certain product packaging so i contacted their customer service team to inform them of the faulty packaging. They responded promptly and professionally to deal with my issue which made me realise they really care about the customer and your not just a number.
