I must express my continued disappointment with the way my concerns are being handled by Vuly. This was extremely interesting, they implied “we can send you a replacement but we are concerned that if we do, you will experience the same issues.” I’m not sure what type of customer support response and inaction this comment is…

They want me to continue to spend money and resources to troubleshoot by guess work and disassemble the swing set which will ultimately lead to the same result.

I am deeply concerned by the treatment I’ve received, which feels like a bait-and-switch tactic rather than a genuine effort to resolve my situation. This behavior borders on gaslighting, as my concerns are being dismissed rather than addressed. I expected better from a company of your reputation.
As a result, I’ve filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and am exploring other legal remedies. In the U.S., we have strong consumer protection laws, and I am fully prepared to pursue all available avenues, including legal action, to ensure that my rights are respected and upheld.
Please take this as my final request for a satisfactory resolution. Should I not hear from you with an immediate and actionable plan, I will proceed with further action as necessary.

My order was not in stock Ben changed my order to make sure we got the playset before christmas. He was very helpfull and great to deal with. Going to have some very happy kids.

I placed an order online (totally clueless) then second guessed my decision and needed to change the products. I must admit this has been by far the best experience I have had with any representative for many yrs. I just got of the ph where I ordered a Trampoline and cover for my son. The representative made this stress free and was able to help me by explaining all the parts and accessories that go with the Trampoline and I then was able to decide right then which Trampoline to go with and was happy to spend the extra money for my sons fun and most of all safety. The representative that I spoke with was Benjamin Gulliver.
By far best representative and I’m happy to give a 5 star rating due to my experience on that call.
