I can only give 5 stars. I am happy to order with them. I done it couples of times now. I had a issue with the delivery company but Vuse UK solve it straight away, they replace my order in no time and also gave me a small present for the inconvenience.

I have a Vuse subscription (ex smoker now vaper), and it is significantly cheaper to buy direct than in store. I do have to comment on their customer service. I had my first ever issue with a pod becoming detached in the device making it unusable. I emailed customer service and got a reply the same day. After sending over pictures of the serial number of the device and the issue they replied the next day, agreeing to send a new device and a pack of pods for the inconvenience. Great to see in this day and age prompt responses and problems being sorted with no fuss or issues.

I have a subscription with Vuse for a while and I'm very happy with monthly delivery to my door. They have much better prices than any shops so it's worth to subscribe. Highly recommend 👌

I received delivery of my order of vape pods and there was an item missing. I contacted Vuse and I was speaking to a lovely representative in less than a minute. In less than 5 minutes my problem was resolved and the representative went above and beyond. His customer service, professionalism and care was exemplary.

Really happy with the service and ordering process with vuse. We've been through a few different suppliers and brands but we love the blackcurrant ice and spearmint ice flavours. Issue with delivery quickly resolved too so brilliant customer service.

All in all I like the vuse pods and have been using them for quite a few years. The golden tobacco is the closest thing I found to an actual cigarette. I really don’t like the new pods though, the pod is too dark and it’s hard to see how much liquid is left, and they often leak if the device is not kept completely upright and then you get the horrible taste of liquid in your mouth. I have complained and they are responsive but it’s too much hassle to get anything done, having to give receipts and batch numbers etc. I still use them because of the flavour but the pods need improving. I didn’t have the problem with the old pods.
Just dealt with Customer Services and problem was solved in a matter of minutes. Very pleased with the outcome and speed of reply.

I've been a loyal Vuse customer for years, using their vapes and vape pods without issue. However, recently I’ve been facing a problem where the pods have been tasting burnt, and I couldn't figure out if it was the pods themselves or the device. I ended up spending over £100 trying to test out new pods to figure it out, keeping both full and half-full pods for reference.
I reached out to Vuse customer service, and while they were initially responsive, the whole process quickly became frustrating. After going back and forth, they asked for serial numbers, which I offered to send via post at my own cost. I also asked for instructions on how to prove my purchases, which they insisted I provide. Despite keeping all evidence and doing everything they asked, this morning I was told they wouldn’t do anything to resolve the issue.
It’s especially frustrating since their policy clearly states "100% satisfaction guaranteed," yet they’ve refused to honor that. They claim it’s been too long, but some of the pods I’m referring to are as recent as the same day we started emailing! I’ve wasted my time and money, and I feel like I’ve been completely let down.
I’ll be keeping the pods and considering my next steps, including seeking legal advice and possibly contacting trading standards. At this point, I can’t recommend Vuse based on my experience, as customer satisfaction doesn’t seem to be a priority for them.
And the rating is for their system and customer service. I reactivated my subscription. My card had been renewed and I changed the details. But my subscription order failed. After speaking to 4 separate service reps, and each time being reassured that all is in order, I kept getting "order failed" emails. They just wasted my time. Obviously, something was wrong but even their own people couldn't find it. And obviously their system does not recognise an update to a payment card. Im soooo annoyed.

As someone who has used multiple vaping products over the past few years, vuse is most definitely the best, they have the tastiest flavour and are a highly reputable brand. The pods are sleek and easy to use and the vaping experience is highly satisfactory and very very smooth not harsh at all. I would highly recommend as vuse are now my go to over and other vape brands!
