Hassle free, knowledgeable and honest staff
Had a great experience at VWFS Colindale. Rentals manger, Serghei’s consultative approach meant that I got the vehicle best suited to my needs, thus maximizing my rental experience. Knowing now how hassle free the service is, excited to come back and try out the California!

Great service. Reasonable price.
Renting a van from Colindale was very easy and straightforward. Serghei was very helpful and friendly.
The collection and drop-off procedures were quick and easy.
Price was reasonable.
The Multivan that we rented was a great vehicle for our family holiday.

1st time car renter and I decided for…
1st time car renter and I decided for the VW multivan..scariest car to drive in terms of size. It ended up being the e hybrid version and would have been nice if it was charged before handover. But the kids loved it, sliding tables, movable seats. Was a good rental price to pay considering its worth >£60k.
Smooth process..I took video of the walk around to identify all the scuffs, buffs and dents. Yes, the guy wanted the car back in one piece and no scratches on alloys. I'd like to think I'm a safe driver anyway..but knowing a £500 deposit was on the line made me quite anxious over the weekend. All was good.
Will rent again! Maybe for a smaller van this time..

Excellent service
Excellent service. Everything went really well. It can be a bit stressful to hire a car, but this company seemed very professional and honest. The car we hired was really good, too, and had a lot of advanced features you do not usually get when hiring a car - the adaptive cruise control made a long drive much easier.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Took the 7 seater car for 3days. Hand over was done by a smug Eastern European guy whose only interest was me getting the car back in one piece. He did not provide the reference in case of accident/ breakdown, no mention of the terms and conditions. Handed the car with 140miles left which dropped fairly quickly which would indicate that reading was an edge case. NEVER EVER BOOKING AT COLINDALE. Watford much better
