Couldn’t recommend Sean and the rental team enough - my van was off the road following an accident and Sean had me back
working within a few hours. He was very responsive and there’s no microscopic examination of the vehicles when returned 👍

Great service and price, only place to offer automatic van for hire, and the van is like brand new! Not to mention the staff are all friendly and helpful to walk you through the whole process. 100% will book with them again!!

Sean was great to deal with quick and excellent service.

After inspection was ok and no issues with van , deposit was released straight away.

Very competitive price, no extra charges such as miles covered etc, very clean modern vehicle. Straightforward booking and follow up invoicing, no quibbles over fuel or small marks or dents.
I would particularly highlight Sean, he was super helpful, friendly and gave much of his time to make sure everything was ok. Would definately use VW again, great service.

Exceptional service from ease of booking collecting and returning and very professional staff

Great experience here VWFS Speke, the hire team are so experienced and relaxed and really put you at ease when hiring one of their excellent vehicles.

I booked online and communication from then on was via an email but I contacted them just to confirm everything.

It was from that point speaking to Shaun that I was assured and felt I had made the correct choice.

Thinking back if they had of contacted me via telephone to confirm that would have been the icing on the cake as they are so good at answering any questions you may have had. (Please note) 😊.

Will definitely be using again in future, well done VWFS Speke and thanks for a great experience and making it easy and streamlined with no hidden costs or hassle.
