First of all, Dominic was really friendly and helpful from the pre-rental communication through to the final handover.
The car was exactly what we were looking for. Low mileage and in perfect nick.

My first rental with the business after being recommended by a friend. From start to finish the business was brilliant in helping me selecting the right car, making any adjustments and the vehicle was brilliant. Handing in the car was a nice experience and the deposit refunded within a business day. Would definitely recommend. Staff are a credit Shak and Dominic make sure you are catered for fully.

So simple and quick. Booked online. Great friendly service. Received a quick call when the car was ready in case I wanted to collect early. Very quick and easy to collect and had all of the car's features explained well got me on the road with minimal fuss. Good value too for 10 day rental. Would definitely recommend over others I've used in the past.

Originally booked a VW Tiguan for 9 days, but due to unforeseen circumstances we were upgraded to a Skoda Kodiaq. The whole experience from the first phone call, collection and return of the Kodiaq was first class. Dominic was very helpful and professional and we loved the Kodiaq which more than fulfilled our needs. We will certainly use VWFS Rent-a-Car Sunderland again. Thank you.

We hired a Passat Estate (Automatic) from VWFS Sunderland when we needed more luggage space for a short break. We were delighted with both the car and the service. The Passat came with all the bells and whistles, including full sat nav and massage seats. The service from VWFS was excellent and at a much lower price compared to the usual car hire companies

Used this service a couple of times now when visiting the family from Australia. It’s really convenient and easy, good prices, excellent cars and great staff - especially Domenic who is really helpful and responsive. Will be using them again on my next visit.
