Friendly and flexible staff. Rates sometimes higher than other VWFS branches but overall good value. Booked cars few times now and will certainly return.

We were extremely happy with every aspect of the car hire. Richard was wonderful, really helpful and professional. The car was new , clean and perfect for our needs. Everything from booking the car online, getting competitive quotes, pick and drop was very smooth. The car condition was excellent and offered a good mileage with AC turned on during heatwave. These guys are a hidden gem in the car hire industry, only concern is if too many people get to know about them, either prices will go up or they simply will not have cars available! They were so friendly, fully considerate and quite laid back, which puts you at ease without worrying so much and you even end up treating the car well like it's your own.

I recently needed a rental car on 2 occasions. First I had an automatic Touran for a few weeks, which was very good to drive. Then later I needed another, but only a manual Tiguan was available. Didn't like that gearbox at all!
Helpful & efficient staff at Watford office.

Have used this several times now, great service and friendly gentleman on the desk. He was very accommodating with me moving the pick up and arrival times.

My only comment is that the car was not completely clean when I collected it i.e. there were crumbs on the floor and back seats.

Great service and offer support when I need to extend the rental with almost last minute request.
