Amazing at his work and knows what he’s doing.

Alfie installed our new Hive system and fixed a leaky tap. He was a true professional - on time, efficient, responsive. We especially appreciated him going over and beyond to source a special part for our tap - saving us time and money.

On the 31st December I woke up to no heating or hot water. After calling a few companies to no avail, I contacted Alffie at West 4 Plumbing. He said he could come in 90 minutes and true to his word he did.
After 35 minutes he had fixed the problem and I saw in the New Year with heating and hot water. I was so incredibly grateful and will definitely use West 4 Plumbing again.

My central heating broke down and Alfie sorted it quickly, efficiently and at very little cost indeed. I couldn't be happier.

We got in touch with Alfie about an issue with our toilet tank. He was very prompt and communicative, came to our flat quickly to assess the issue and after getting the parts for us he solved our problem in a very short time. Alfie solved a long term plumbing problem by re positioning pipes under our sink. He is an excellent plumber - very professional and reliable. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him.

Alfie was super-friendly, super-efficient and super-competent. After ongoing boiler issues remained unsolved following repeated & expensive visits by a well known London plumbing group, Alfie arrived like a knight in shining armour and fixed the problems in one brief visit. I only wish that I’d known about W4 years ago and I would most definitely call on them again without hesitation in the future. Can’t recommend highly enough : five star service from start to finish.

These guys came a did a gas safety check for us today and they were excellent - arrived on time, very professional and friendly and also their charges were reasonable.

Alfi attended our property within 2 hours after I phoned him about a leaking tap. It was not a straightforward job and he went above and beyond to provide us with excellent service and outcome. He's professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, will definably phone him again with future plumbing problems.

Alfie came highly recommended by a neighbour. We wanted him to re-install a tap. It wasn't a big job, less than half an hour, but access was restricted and tricky. He was polite, efficient, and respectful of Covid protocols. When it came to asking him how much we owed, he refused to accept payment. Not only did he succeed in a job that had had other plumbers failed to solve, his generosity and sense of community is warmly appreciated.
We would not hesitate to use him again, and recommend him to our friends and neighbours.

They arrived when they said they would, were careful given the Covid fears and reviewed what was wrong with our boiler and plumbing system. They came back when they got the parents and stayed well into the evening sorting it out. Alfie was a really nice guy and i would thoroughly recommend him

Very good experience. Alfie was very helpful to us on a number of issues which we needed fixing, including making suggestions for new taps etc.. Very conscientious and hard working.

Very professional and efficient. Alfie came out to have a look at the jobs that needed doing, provided a list of the equipment that was needed (he sent all the links so we did not get any wrong). He chose equipment that was in our budget and gave us an exact quote on labour. The following week he returned and completed all the necessary jobs. Very good and honest.

Been having issues with our boiler for months and had 3 people round to come and try and fix it (all unsuccessfully) Alfie recognised the problem within seconds and fixed it within a few hours. I could not recommend these guys more. Professional, seriously good at their jobs and extremely good value when many others in the area over-charge. 10/10 all round.

My boiler failed it's test! I was recommened Alfie at very short notice, he came the next day (after a days work in central london) he quoted me late that night - I accepted and he came early the next day (Saturday) and removed the old boiler, fitted the new one ...job done! He was very hard working, didn't take a break and thought 'outside the box' ... thanks Ann

Highly recommended. Alfi has done a number of jobs for us including installing a bathroom, setting up a Nest thermostat for our underfloor heating and recently fixing our leaking boiler.

I have lived in Chiswick for 14 years and wish that I had found Alfi sooner - I couldn't recommend his services more highly! In my experience it is difficult to find a truly reliable plumber but I was more than happy with the service that 'West 4 Plumbing & Heating' provided. Alfi and his team have fixed both a toilet issue and a shower leak for me over the past 6 months and I found him/them very professional and friendly, does what he says he will do when he says he will do it and took ownership of the job and did it well. He truly seems to care about doing a good job and one thing I really appreciated was that he clearly thinks creatively about how to fix complex issues and didn't just give up - which we experienced with another plumber who attempted to fix the same issue! Thank you Alfi and 'West 4 Plumbing & Heating' - you will now be our go to plumber and I thoroughly recommend you to other Chiswick-folk! Kate : )
