More than half my order was unavailable…
More than half my order was unavailable and refunded. Supply Chain issues, I get it. But how about working with me to tell me what is available , when its available? Customer Service??? Novel concept. I did get an email saying this is unavailable and here is a possible substitute but a refund was given with in the next 24 hrs - I had no chance to reply. I go to the website and it says available or not but it is not really true right? so How do i get what I need?

We are truly sorry, and we understand your frustration. We certainly would fix the supply chain disaster if we could. While we occasionally fail, since 2005 our business has been built specifically on our exceptional customer service.
We are quite shocked at your statements based on the actions that we took including:
1. Sent detailed notification of backorders including the ETA. Communication via email, phone calls, and your account messaging at our website.
2. Emailed a detailed set of alternative options.
3. Provided you a clear set of choices including: Continuing with the backorder, exploring alternatives, cancel for a refund. You responded in writing that you choose to cancel for a refund.
Most customers do not become angry when we issue a timely refund rather keeping your funds tied up. Again, customer service is very important to us, and when there are challenges we always try to make it right. In a world where small businesses have to compete against corporate giants for search algorithm placement, flagrant bad reviews are terribly harmful. Sadly, grace is the novel concept these days.
We refuse to be bullied and wish you well getting what you need from another company.

I placed an order for polo shirts for…
I placed an order for polo shirts for my whole staff. I received only the size small I ordered. All other sizes and mens were back ordered. Had I known that I would have chosen another item as all staff needs to be dressed the same. No updates as to when other items will be available Tried communicating by phone and by email. No response. Hopefully I’m not charged until I receive all items ordered. First time ordering and very disappointed. Customer should be given option to cancel if they wish if their order can’t be completed.

Flattering and high-quality
The vest is beautifully made, the fabric feels really high-quality, and the cut is very flattering. Unfortunately, I purchased a size (or 2) too small and was going to send it back, but then my daughter tried it on and announced "I'm keeping this." I don't blame her, it's beautiful.
