We only received part of our order. Hard to uniform the staff when I don't have all needed sizes.

I can't post a review on the product, because it's taking way too long to receive

Order was wrong, did not receive my 3 medium tunic navy peony pincord, but received 3 ladies essential easy fit pants, which I did not order addressed to someone else but the shipping box was addressed to me.

I am STILL WAITING FOR THE RETURN FORM. This is very disappointing because the order arrived promptly. If someone could please email me the return label that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I was supposed to get my items a week ago after getting and email saying my order is on back order and I still have not received my order.

I liked the product, although the zipper was the female side. Jacket made well, comfortable and looks great.
The zipper just reversed.

Everything. From ordering to shipping to quality of the product to the return ( I ordered L and XL) because of a worry I grew past L due to weight gain) was seemless and would use Waitstaff again should the need arise.

Due to supply chain issues, Waitstuff Uniforms was unable to ship my order within a reasonable time. So, instead of waffling and shining me on, they explained their problem, refunded my money, and will let me know when this item becomes available so I can re-order. I did not get my order, but I give Waitstuff Five Stars for their unexpected honesty, candor and, inspite of conditions beyond their control, ability to make me feel a valued customer. Thank you Waitstuff Uniforms.

I have called you three times with no response and no idea about this order and when, if ever it will be delivered. Your customer service stinks.

First time order. Very happy with the handling of my selection. Timely received and quality product.

I gave it a 3 star because when initially reaching to you there was recording that said we are closed two days later I received a voicemail by then I checked on location address in a strip mall that doesn’t exits according to tenants n real estate information posted outside the strip mall who said I’ve been working that location for. 10 years haven’t heard of them . The voicemail reassured me item was being processed please note small or large your mail order
business calling one back or emailing as soon one gets the message wouldn’t have customer wondering if this transaction is real or not therefore received package n pleased it ended well. This is my experience n wondering should I go back .

For the most part using Waitstaff was easy and seamless, the only issue is that shipping of the product has been pushed back multiple times and as of today I still have not received our order.
