I had made an error on my Valentines…

I had made an error on my Valentines card order- order 2 cards with ever so slight wording differences. Only realising I had done so after clicking confirm and pay- my goodness, always double check lol. I had already rested on the idea that I’d have to give the same card to my partner on our next Valentine’s Day and have a new inside joke lol.

But the lovely and diligent team at Wakuda sent me a separate email to confirm if I did indeed intend to order these. Ahh sweet relief 😅. The order was rectified and a refund processed and sent for the error. I was impressed by this and the packaging it arrived very much in time. That trust will have me ordering again for my occasions. Thank you all!!

Ordered Card Early Tuesday for a Friday Delivery.
It didnt turn up for 11 days.
Far too late for the occasion I bought it for.
Not good enough for a greeting card company.
Wont being using this service again.

I’m really sorry to hear about the delay with your card and completely understand how disappointing this would have been have been, especially given the importance of timing for the special occasion.

Unfortunately, the seller missed the original order notification, which led to the delay. Once they realised they sent it out as special delivery - which unfortunately still missed the mark. This is a very rare circumstance and not reflective of the service we aim to provide.
